They management does not give a single flying quash about its residence. We had something come missing and we asked them to review the video with detailed times continuously for four days and they would not do it. It’s something that could’ve been easily done on the first day and ease our minds of what happened to the $3000worth of equipment that we lost or got stolen not sure because they won’t look at the video. The people at the front desk and security were very nice.

Hello, I made a reservation more than 3 months before the stay starts and put a note that “upper floor silent room away from elevator please”. I have been staying Hilton Hotels more than 30 years and I am Hilton Honor member more than 10 years. Generally, when I make a reservation and put a request on the reservation Hilton Hotels arrange room accordingly, especially if I make a reservation for a long time before stay starts. I arrived to Homewood Suites at 3 pm as check-in starts 4 pm. I was told that only one room available on the 1st floor next to lobby and breakfast area, laundry room and housekeeping service area also on the other side of the room corridor. I had following problems with room and Homewood suites. 1- Room and whole hotel was black mold infested. Toilet reservoir full of black mold, it can be seen from edge. Windows covered with black mold. Whole building outside has black mold infestation can be seen easily from outside. Please check photos. 2- Room was very dirty. Everywhere covered with dust and dirt. 3- Carpet was dirty. 4- Sheets have tears and very old. 5- Windows was very dirty and it was not possible to see outside. 4- Air condition was very loud and sounds like a train running through hotel room. Whenever air condition starts it makes whole family wake up. 5- Our room never cleaned during stay. We had to go to lobby to pick up clean towels. Even our garbage stayed in the room during whole stay. 6- Room smells very bad. 7- There is no fresh air intake to the rooms or corridors. Whenever you entered the room corridor it smells very bad. 8- Breakfast was disaster. There was no honey, no muffin, no yogurt, no banana, no orange only lowest quality red apples. Cold industrial watered down scrambled eggs, if you are lucky and find it. Sausages also was terrible, lowest quality. Lots of time no orange or apple juice as when they finished nobody replenish them. Not enough tables for breakfast so everybody tries to grab your table when you go to grab a coffee and we had to wait 30 minutes to find an available table every day. 9- We also paid $20 per day for parking. 10- This is not like a hotel run by Hilton brand on the city center it is like a no name hotel next to highway in the middle of the nowhere which cost at most $50 per night. I paid 765.67 for 3-night stay. I paid $255.22 per night. I do not think I got what I paid. This hotel room at most deserve $100. At that time two queen bed room on Hilton Hotel next to this Homewood suite sells for $135 but it was full so I could not change the hotel. Thank You Fatih Savk

Very disappointed for a homewood suite and by hilton. Dirty hotel, staff horrible.. lack everything in the room. No shower gel, and when asked needed to call 2 times n waited for an hour that finally went to the reception to get it. Breakfast was good but very crowded n no spot to sit. Overall will not go to this hotel anymore n will think deeply before booking homewood suites again.

I booked this for the shuttle and free breakfast. I expected it to be clean and provide those things. We got in late from another timezone and the check in person was snarky about food options being closed. In addition, NO SHUTTLE. Beware it only runs at certain times. So I had to pay for a cab. I saw several other airports still running their shuttles. It was 10:45 on a Saturday, not 2am on a Tuesday. I called the hotel before 11 and was told I missed the last one. The room was mostly clean but needs a remodel. Carpet tearing away from walls and floors, sticky surfaces. Free breakfast was too crowded to even attempt getting more than weak coffee. I expected more from a Hilton brand and will avoid this chain in the future. I would’ve been much better off staying at a lower cost room, using a taxi (which I had to anyway) and buying my own breakfast!

The location of this hotel is excellent — unfortunately, everything else needs to catch up to it. For an extended-stay property that’s meant to comfortably host a family of four for a week or more, the room design and overall service fall well short. We booked a two-queen suite with a living area and kitchen, a layout we’ve enjoyed at several other Homewood Suites. With an eight-day stay in Miami, space and functionality were critical. What we walked into was… creative, but not in a good way. And it wasn’t just our room — the entire room design across the property seems fundamentally flawed. In our room, the closet was effectively unusable because one of the beds was placed right in front of it. So unless you enjoy playing suitcase Tetris every day, be prepared to live out of your luggage. Storage space elsewhere was virtually nonexistent. The bathroom was so cramped that you had to step over the toilet to get into the tub just to close the door — a maneuver that felt more like an obstacle course than a hotel stay. To make matters worse, we checked in around midnight and were met with a front desk experience that was shockingly unprofessional and indifferent, even as a Hilton Diamond member. When the internet wasn’t working and we called for help, the response was essentially: “Sorry, you’re out of luck.” Not exactly the welcome you hope for after a long travel day. Unfortunately, the included breakfast — usually a highlight at Homewood Suites — was another disappointment. The quality was poor, the options were extremely limited, and the service matched the theme of the stay: indifferent at best. It felt more like a last-minute afterthought than a perk meant to start your day right. That said, credit where it’s absolutely due — Jason, the manager, followed up the next day and completely turned the situation around. He listened, took ownership, and relocated us into two rooms that actually worked for our family. His professionalism and genuine effort made a big difference and are the only reason this review isn’t a one-star. Until Jason stepped in, this was on track to be the worst Hilton stay I’ve ever had. While I appreciate how the issue was ultimately resolved, it’s disappointing that it took escalating and complaining — even with loyalty status — just to receive what should be baseline service at a Hilton property. Great location. Poor design. Weak breakfast. Inconsistent service. One excellent manager saved the stay — but guests shouldn’t have to rely on that to have a decent experience
