    Hotel nicely located. Room was clean, nicely furnished, everything worked, I went through with sanitising wipes on the remote, the light switches, handles, etc and nothing - no dirt. No bad smell either when we entered. Cosy with a small kitchenette. Toiletries in the bathroom, including makeup remover wipes. There's just one thing - front desk. The man who was on didn't want to be there and made it plain. Handed us the keys, took payment and not much more. Not even said the floor we'd be on, where the elevator was, WiFi - NOTHING. Sad. Everything else was good! Shuttle was great! Great driver. And very pleasant. No issue at all!

    Room and locations are fine but if you get the receptionist named Yilina turn the other way. She is very inexperienced and unaware of how to provided the bare minimum. She not only would shrug and dismiss questions but when asked for physical keys she actively tried to argue that it wasn't needed as we had already checked in via phone. Very rude and lazy simply because she wanted to leave the front desk as soon as possible.

    I absolutely loved my stay.it was truly worth every penny. The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the peaceful atmosphere and convenient location close to the airport and cruise port. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Miami.

    The reception staff was not particularly friendly or helpful. The hotel card, which was supposed to work for the parking garage, did not function properly. We were told that the parking costs would be charged to the room, but when leaving the garage we were charged again because the reception did not provide a valid hotel card for the exit. We had to ask again. After checkout, luggage can only be left unattended in the lobby. At breakfast, there were not enough tables available, so we had to use chairs and stools as makeshift tables.

    If you can avoid staying at this property, please do. When we got there, the front desk staff was nice and told us we could do a late checkout. Nothing too much, we asked for one addition hour. On the same night after dinner, the issues started. This hotel does NOT have enough parking. We came back and all the front desk staff told was "you can park somewhere else and pay". The cherry on top? They charged me for parking, even though I had to park elsewhere and walk there. On the following morning, the breakfast area was an example of everything wrong. Several refrigerators empty and no food. Dirty areas.Trash cans full. Almost if guests were left to fend off for themselves. Unsanitary and look really bad. We prepared to leave for a morning activity only for the front desk to tell us no late checkout. I told about the previous evening conversation, and all she said was "sorry we are sold out". No options given. So we had to go back to pack, and missed part of our morning activity. I want to be fair and end at least saying the room was nice and the location is very good. However, the parking, breakfast, and issue with checkout made the experience terrible.
