    I was not going to leave a review but since the assistant general manager Derrick claimed it was never reported to booking.com. I recently stayed there Mon. 11/3/25. When I checked in the room on the 4th floor it was still dirty. So she gave me another room on the 10th. floor. One of the beds blanket smelled like it sat in the washer too long. So I went to lysol and spray the other bed down a bug ran from behind the pillows. Then when I went to shower the bathroom had a spot on the wall by toilet that looked like dry feces and ants was crawling on the baseboards and the corner of the shower. A ant was crawling in one of the towels. I showed the guy at the front desk the VIDEOS. He switched my room again. I left a day early because I did not feel comfortable. Even after spraying and wiping things down.

    I would have given this hotel 5 stars but my toilet stopped flushing at night. I called the front desk and the young lady was nice but shared with me that there was no maintenance onsite and they didn't have a different room to put us in. There was also not a manager onsite. The breakfast was really nice and the area is nice and large. The winning deal on this hotel was the room. I've stayed in this hotel on the Tru side and it was ok but the Home2 Suites side is way nicer. The rooms are very large and have a full kitchenette with a dishwasher and hot plate. Again I loved my stay but to not have a working toilet is unacceptable. I told the young man when I was checking out and he didn't even apologize and that ticked me off because I am a Hilton Honors member but even before that I am a customer and that should have definitely been a reason for a manager response.

    The hotel itself was nice, but it was seriously understaffed. I tried calling the hotel from the airport about 10 times in a row (over half an hour) and no one answered. When I got there, I understood why - there was only one woman working, doing her best, but she had a line of 5 different people trying to check in. It took about 20 minutes before it was my turn to check in, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. Otherwise, everything was good. Breakfast was really nice, and the room was clean and nice.
