The rooms are big, clean but mattress is too old and used. You hear the airplanes in your room. Breakfast is the opposite of impressive, bagels are dry there are sausages, scrambled eggs and potatoes and an automatic pancakes machine- 2 pancakes take 5 min. And half an hour before breakfast ends the machine stops because it needs more pancakes' mixture but the workers prefer to turn it off so there are no pancakes. ( one of the pancakes machines was already off before) . Coffee is not good here. And the garbage during breakfast... see the pic ! Don't wake up for this breakfast!

Wort experience of my life. Stayed there one night on my inbound flight towards Vegas for F1. I've stayed in many countries in Holiday inn and I will never again use this hotel group. Just to highlight what happened to me. When I got to Vegas I get a surprise charge of 50 dollars apart from not getting back my 30 dollars deposit so in total 80 dollars. Called the hotel to ask why I had been charged that amount and their answer was there was a clock missing in the room (which I obviously didn't take) and they wouldn't give me any solution apart from just saying I took it. I'm a lawyer and I've always been on the legal side of things (if I would have wanted a clock I would have asked for it). My recommendation to anyone reading this is to avoid by any matters to stay in this hotel, there are plenty of other ones in Miami that will not do such things to a long lasting client. I booked a one night award stay for 30,000 points in May 2025 for a February '26 overnight layover. On 11/11 I noticed that the reservation did not show up on my IHG app and the 30K points had been returned to my account. No notice of the cancellation via app or by email. Award rooms are still available, but are now 37K points. I used the online chat and was told the hotel had cancelled my reservation and to email/call them directly. I emailed on 11/11. After 48 hours without a reply, I phoned the hotel. I spoke with a reservation agent and the manager: was told the reservation did not show as cancelled on their end (and yet my account shows a cancellation number and refund of all points), and that I can rebook at the current award rate (now 39K points. According to the manager, he has no way to rebook me at my original rate even though the hotel cancelled my reservation. Random cancellation without notification and lack of communication about the issue = I will be booking elsewhere. Disappointing since I'm an IHG Platinum and have always had good experiences with the brand in the past.

Our room smelled like mold and urine. The maintenance person came and sprayed with air freshener, but that was all he could do. There was also no option to get a new room, the front desk said they were all full. Half of the towels in our room were damp. Both the front desk person and maintenance person appeared to have colds but they were polite and tried to do what they could. We only stayed 1 night so we could be local to board our cruise boat the next morning, I would never stay here again, eww.

Aesthetically the property is very nice from the inside and outside. The beds were comfortable. The linens were nice, and the rooms and lobby area were very modern and clean looking. I only stayed one night to catch a morning flight. They close the breakfast 10 minutes early. I asked the front desk why. He said are they out of food? I said no. And that was the end of that. The breakfast was as expected for a free breakfast served on Styrofoam plates. None of the ice machines were working. I woke up to water under my bathroom sink. As i was leaving A staff member in the hall told me the room next to me, left their water running and caused a flood. It took me at least 20 minutes to check in because they only had one person working and he was frazzled, and when he called for help, no one helped him. Despite other employees and what seem to be managers, walking around seeing a line of three customers deep. And, let’s not forget the incessant noise. Airplanes taking off literally every 10 or 20 minutes. And they are loud! Airplanes, train horns, automobile traffic. It was not a restful night of sleep. I would never stay here again. And, when choosing this hotel, I could not believe none of the reviews mentioned the airplane noise.
