    Booked the room for 5 people (2 beds & a pullout couch) a month in advance. I was able to secure a room and received an email confirmation. When we arrived, the front desk informed us that our room wasn’t available and that they instead gave us a room with just 2 beds. This was a huge inconvenience for us as we specifically chose a room that could hold 5 adults. Additionally, the shower was poorly designed and leaked throughout the bathroom and into the main room (an issue they’re aware of but haven’t fixed). Overall, would not recommend due to poor management and design and they might give your room away.

    Me tuve que hospedar por cancelación de vuelo y la chica de la recepción nos trató espectacular. Muy amable, amistos atenta y sobre todo empatica con la situacion. Nos resolvió instantáneamente y nos busco alternativas. Lamento no saber su nombre para mencionarla. Pero esto fue el 3 de enero a las 8am. Mil gracias 🥰

    Les deux seuls points positifs a mes yeux sont la proximité assez directe avec l aeroport ( 5 minutes en Uber ) et la gentillesse du personnel. Pour le reste c'est tres bruyant a l extérieur avec les avions qui décollent et atterrissent en permanence ( pas de double vitrage apparemment ) mais aussi a l intérieur avec des clients bruyants ainsi que des chambres bien trop mal insonorisés. L espace pour petit déjeuner est assez exigu pour un hotel de cette taille donc peu de choix et on se marche dessus. Je ne pense malheureusement pas revenir un jour si l occasion se présente

    This hotel was very nice and refurbished and close to the airport, but if you are planning on using their shuttle service, just don’t. We waited almost 40 minutes from transport to the airport and 20 minutes from transport to the hotel to the port for an upcoming cruise. We ended up taking an uber both times as we couldn’t wait any longer. Another party had a shuttle scheduled for 11:30am and it didn’t get there until almost 1pm. Don’t rely on the shuttle.

    DO NOT STAY HERE. Run down neglected hotel. Air was either freezing cold or burning hot. Ice machine not working on our floor. I went to front desk with our issues and was met with apathy. We are HIE loyal. This facility did not meet the standards we have been accustomed at other HIE hotels. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the cruise line pier and the shuttle service they offered. DO NOT USE THE SHUTTLE. They over book and only have one van. We were late boarding our cruise ship because the van was an hr behind schedule. We had prepaid for post cruise shuttle to airport. We called when we were off ship and were told the shuttle would be there in 5 min. I verified pick up location. They never came! We waited over an hour and paid again to another company to transport us Many attempts to contact them during this wait went unanswered. We are so frustrated with the entire HIE experience. Not the HIE standard!!
