- PRpauline rosalie2 days ago2.0Wir hatten ursprünglich Probleme mit Booking.com, also unsere Reservierung wurde uns von Booking bestätigt (und gezahlt haben wir auch bereits), doch unsere Reservierung wurde im internen Hotel Buchungssystem nicht gefunden - der Fehler muss also an Booking liegen. Aber das Verhalten des Managers on Duty hier war eine Katastrophe… nicht hilfsbereit, absolut gelangweilt und kein Verständnis für unsere Situation. Dann hat er auch noch gelogen, als wir fragten ob wir ein neues Zimmer dort buchen könnten… „nope, sold out“ - war aber ganz leicht online zu checken, und siehe da, Zimmer frei! Da war er wohl zu bequem… Booking hat uns letztendlich geholfen und wir konnten unser Zimmer hier beziehen. Hotel passt - der Manager on Duty nicht!

They said they would refund that night back and never did. I've spent hours on the phone with IHG which have been no help. I'd honestly stay far away from Holiday Inn period as they have gone down hill and now resort to stealing money.

Broken shades, broken mirrors(I’m not that bad looking that I cracked it lol) flat pillows, poor lighting and what the heck is with that toilet seat??? Bad paint jobs, decor to make you feel like you’re staying in a parking garage. Will NOT be staying here again- Steer clear of this property unless you’re upgrading from the Motel 6- 👍
