    El peor hotel de Miami donde su personal no utiliza vestimenta adecuada , la habitación en pésimo estado , la peor experiencia de mi vida en cuanto a descanso y comodidad , las amenidades de la habitación como televisor y baño y nevera aire inservibles y sin solución, hágase de cuenta estar en una cárcel , sin wifi nunca se queden este hotel

    Stayed here waiting for a cruise. Very clean remodeled hotel. Friendly staff. And decent pool for the kids. I would stay here again if the price is right!

    Update: cannot get anyone to explain me what was the charge for, a single star is just for attention, will change it back once I get my answers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a 'good' experience with the hotel till the check out. Unfortunately, we were charged a $100 fee without any explanation. We contacted the hotel and were told that it is a general linen damage charge, but the person who could clarify on the situation was on vacation. It is interesting to hear that they cannot explain the charge without a single person - which leads me to think that they don't document well their charges. We checked in late and checked out on time due to meeting our grandmother at MIA, and no damage was noticed before departure. We did not receive a final receipt explaining the charge with some evidence perhaps, although we did receive a review survey, which was a bit surprising. Hoping this can be clarified and I can update my review.

    Very good location. Nice, modern rooms. Breakfast is lacking in sweet items. Service is very poor. Generally Housekeeping makes beds... In this hotel they used to put the blanket and pillow next to our bed and so we were forced to make the bed by hand!! Housekeeping is a joke!! The bed was also badly made... There were four of us and they only gave us three bathrobes. When I went to reception they gave me one more, but the next day it was the same again: three bathrobes. Service Is estremely poor. Need improvements. For the rest, all good.

    One of the better hotels in the area, the nearby mariott sucks after accidently entering the hotel and seeing the hallway and elevators. This is definitely the better hotel and the rooms are well better than the other IHG brands that have outdated decor. The room decor looks contemporary like Hilton and other premium chains and the breakfast area has lagoon views where you can sit outside, relax and enjoy the view. This might be the one I rebook for the next trip!
