Overpriced, not worth $380 per night. And, not that I had a car with me, but $45 to park after charging that much per night?! At that price, you can't even provide a free continental breakfast with coffee??? Our room was average at best, but a good location. Publix grocery store, with an attached liquor store, is a block away (go there and save your money). The Metro/people mover is 2 blocks away, you can ride it to Bayside Market. Plus, we dropped off our luggage with the hotel at 11am and at 3pm during check-in we were told our luggage would be delivered to our room. 30 minutes later we get a call that they can't find our luggage! We went downstairs to the room where they store the luggage and had too find it ourselves. If you are staying there for an upcoming cruise (like we were) you will have a LOT of company on embarkation day. 3 different cruises were using the hotel for their guests while we were there. Tip: don't take the cruise line transfer, take an Uber/Lyft. It is only about 2 miles to the port. We had to wait over an hour for the bus, load it and then it took 25 mins to get to the port because of traffic. The hotel did have a nice pool and fitness center.

This is my fifth time staying at this location. We find it very convenient to the cruise terminal- approximately at 10 minute uber ride. Rooms are nice and spacious - staff are friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend Only negative is that there’s not much within walking distance but uber/lyfts are easily accessible.

I stayed here for two nights last week and had a great time. I was coming off of a conference and really needed some down time. I stayed Saturday and Sunday nights. I got the chance to enjoy the breakfast buffet Sunday morning. It was phenomenal. Lots of variety and good quality. Danilo (I hope I spelled that right) was my breakfast waiter both Sunday and Monday mornings. He was very friendly and kind. I would say the staff at this hotel is extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered room service both nights, the food was of good quality and the service was very fast. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Looks like a hotel is ran by a bunch of mobsters. They will charge you $150 for parking your mini van and tell you there is no room in valley parking. I came on a short Mercedes sprinter that was smaller in size compared to Chevy express or cargo ram promaster that they had parked in valley. They told me to park behind in their dumpster parking and charged $150 for the night. Told me that valley is a different company but I only gave my card to hotel employee during check in. Somehow valley “different company” ended up having my card info and changed my card. Someone from higher up needs to check on this bunch that has this scheme running before they ruin hotels reputation.

NEVER BOOK THRU A THIRD PARTY! I don’t know what made me do it, but it gave me 2 queen beds for 1 night. I only booked this hotel because of the proximity to the cruise port! When we arrived, the lobby was a DISASTER! There were folks there from the NIGHT BEFORE THAT WERE STILL AWAITING ROOMS!?! When we came to sign in, we were like 25th on their list. We were told to hang out in the lobby until we were called. I’m not sure if it was b/c the government was shut down or what, but it was VERY CROWDED! We dealt with a guy at the desk that looked worn out! We waited about 30 minutes and inquired about our room and spoke to Val! Because of her customer service, I’m giving a TWO FOR SERVICE! The room we had was OLD and as soon as we walked in HOUSEKEEPING came knocking talking about did we want our room cleaned?! The room was clean and we just walked in! The restaurant in the hotel ADDS AN AUTOMATIC 18-20% GRATUITY, so we walked across the street to PUBLIX and got dinner and snacks for our cruise. The day of check out was a COMPLETE MESS! They had folks manning the elevators to get to street level. Then TAXIS/UBERS CANNOT COME TO THE DOOR OF THE HOTEL! So we had to walk down the block to get our Uber, but b/c of the elevator fiasco, the driver left to circle back. We’re standing on the corner with our bags AND grocery items looking like REAL TOURISTS! Thank God no one robbed us! A taxi came to a red light and we flagged him down to get us to the cruise port. Would I stay here again??? ABSOLUTELY NOT! Is it convenient to the cruise port, sure as long as the port route stays open. I guess it closes at times to allow traffic to clear. I’m NOT a first time cruiser. However, even for an experienced cruiser like myself, you would get rattled. So, if you stay here, or anywhere in Miami, and you have a cruise, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME TO GET TO YOUR PORT!
