  Gave 3 stars for our room because there was hair all over the bed and the shower, which I had to clean myself. Over all the hotel expirence was nice. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. We didnt have a microwave in our room and they brought us one up so that we could warm our food. Our room was on the Bayside and the view was beautiful. This is a nice location in downtown Miami.

  Très satisfait de notre séjour il y a quelques semaines. Nous y avions réservé une chambre au départ et au retour de notre croisière. La chambre était confortable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux (inclus étant membre Hilton Honors). La vue donne sur le port de croisière ou sur la ville. Les ascenseurs sont modernes et rapides. Le service à la réception était très courtois et efficace pour le check-in/check-out. L'hôtel est en temps normal à 10 minutes du terminal de croisière en taxi (mais en raison des nombreux travaux au terminal, il faut prévoir 1 h 15 le dimanche). Il est également à 15 minutes à pied du Frost Science Museum et des restaurants de Biscayne Boulevard.

  Location Good for multiple places to eat and visit. About 20-30 min ride to south beach. Food Bar is a Starbucks in the morning then serves lunch and dinner with good food and drink selection. Rooms Seem out dated, no USB outlets, chaulking all over bathrooms, worst bed and pillows I have come across. Views from 19th floor were good. Elevator system is nice as it expedited lines with room based touch screen.

  Tragedia wtorek środa czwartek wyłączają bufet na śniadaniu i dają kartę z możliwością wybrania jednego Dania za 19 dolarów gdzie znajduje się zaschnięty bekon jajecznica w proszku i dwie obleśnie kiełbaski i jakieś owoce więc większość nie może zjeść przez alergię czy uczulenia jak jest na śniadanie bufet to jest malutki wybór a obsługa jedna jest miła a druga wredna czasami idzie się nie dogadać bo pracują tu osoby których nie znają języka angielskiego a hotel znajduje się w USA plusy to Starbucks i łóżka widok słaby łazięka średnia kibel się co chwilę zatyka ogólnie nie polecam i jak bym mógł to nigdy bym nie pojechał do tego hotelu menadżerka jest wredna i to tyle

  Do not sleep here!!! In the low temps we are experiencing right now if you prefer to sleep comfortably like at least in 70° weather, my room was stuck at 63°. It was blowing out cold air and the maintenance guy came and said there's nothing they could do gave some lame excuses as to how the hotel is heated, said it hasn't been updated since 1973. They didn't have any heaters they offered us a blanket. I just need to stay one night as I'm going on a carnival cruise. They did not address us they offered us $40 discount like really like the hotel needs updating in itself but to be uncomfortable and debating rather or not you would you get sick after getting out of the shower is crazy 400 something dollars plus tax is way too much to be uncomfortable, like literally trying to keep warm putting blankets over my head. I tried to book some else and leave but everything was taken in so upset right now
