The customer service from the entire staff at the Hilton Miami Dadeland was the best a hotel guest could ask for. Specifically, I want to thank Ms. Ana Isaza, Director of Sales and Marketing, who was a pleasure to work with as I planned an event for 60 people with less than a week notice. Ana is exactly the type of representation the Hilton brand wants as a brand ambassador; her friendly, professional and get the job done demeanor has ensured my return visit to this property for both hotel accommodation as well as event planning. Beyond the top-notch service, this hotel is beautiful and well appointed; a must visit.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Checked right in. Had no issues. Happy hour is 5 to 7.. but drinks are still pricey. The restaurant only is a paying breakfast. There is no complimentary breakfast. 13 bucks or more per person. Restaurant table 55 had good food but a little pricey. Hotel was quiet and guest we encountered were nice. Pool provided pool towels. Pool stayed open till 11. Hot tub wasn't working right. Dog friendly. If you stay here you must use your room key to activate the elevators. Found that out 15 min later. Lol... outside is nice. Benches and a little walking around area.seating outside is nice also. Parking is far from the hotel but u can get valet. Construction going on. You pay for parking each time u come and go and use your room key to enter and exit all parking. They charge parking fee daily 27 dollars. Pay at check in. No resort fee.

Been on the road awhile, confirmed hotel has guest washer/dryer. They do, it's just broken. Some housekeeping issues - area around mini fridge had spill, bathroom undersink shelf dusty, carpet needed a better vacuuming.Front desk dismissed my concerns, once I pulled them away from their computer. Too long a line for Starbucks, went to cafe. Coffee same price, not as good. The surrounding area is great, attractive and the lobby vending area is superior.
