In general, everything is well organized, which is why I’m giving a positive rating. However, there are a few essential points that I believe should be addressed before renting rooms to guests for a premium price: 1. Refrigerator issue – The refrigerator in our room was not working correctly. The evaporator coil was covered in ice, indicating a maintenance issue. A functioning refrigerator is an essential part of a hotel stay. 2. Damaged doors – As shown in the photos, the room doors are visibly damaged. Rooms in this condition should not be rented to guests. 3. Front desk greeting – The front desk staff never greeted guests. They look at you but do not say “hello.” Basic hospitality training should include greeting guests, and I believe management should pay close attention to this. I’m leaving a good rating because, in general, we liked the hotel. However, some guests may leave lower ratings due to these issues. A management question: Why are staff members not trained to properly greet guests? Overall, a good hotel with areas that need improvement.
