  Horrible experience. The room had not been clean for 3 days. I went to the front desk and the team apparently are friendly and helpful but the reality is other. You told them and the only solution that they bring is, we will bring you fresh towels.Housekeeping and front desk don’t answer the phone. According to the manager they clean every 3 days. They must tell to the new guests about it and they don’t do it. which detracts from the quality of this hotel and the chain. As a lady is expect that clean and remove the trash because you don’t if you can catch an infection after using a pad.

  Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel. The front desk staff was helpful, friendly, and courteous. Prices are great. We stayed in a corner suite and it was spacious with a beautiful view. The room was comfortable and the amenities were nice. The hotel is well decorated and there are nice food/drink options in the lobby. Safe gated parking area. Hotel is slightly dated, but a really nice place overall. Great location and very convenient. Taking off one star because we specifically researched places with a pool/hot tub, as we wanted to read at the pool on our quick getaway. We have had several recent Hilton experiences where we choose a place based on the pool, and then the pool is closed for construction, so we specifically researched this and even called the day before to confirm that the pool was open, and they said it was, and of course this morning when we put on our swimsuits to go down to the pool, it was roped off and closed for construction. :( Major bummer as we had not only researched this in advance, BUT even called to confirm that it would be open. (And I know that they don’t schedule that kind of work last minute- redoing pavers/tiles, so it was scheduled in advance) so it’s very unfortunate that they didn’t tell us that. We would’ve chosen another Hilton property close by had we known. We are always loyal to Hilton but the last couple stays we have had construction issues so just wish they would’ve told us when we called in advance! Otherwise again, everyone was friendly and helpful and it’s a lovely hotel.

  The Hilton Miami Airport Blue Lagoon is an outstanding place to stay and truly lives up to the Hilton name. From check-in to check-out, the experience was smooth, professional, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The beds were especially comfortable, and everything felt semi well maintained. Some things were outdated and cosmetically it was lacking. The Blue Lagoon setting is a huge bonus—peaceful, scenic, and a refreshing contrast to the busy airport area nearby. The pool and outdoor spaces were beautiful and relaxing, and the airport shuttle was convenient and efficient. On-site dining options were solid, and the staff throughout the hotel was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. Whether you’re staying for a quick layover or a longer visit to Miami, this hotel is a fantastic choice. Comfortable accommodations, great service, and a prime location make it well deserving of five stars. Highly recommend! 🌴✈️

  This place will hold a special spot in my heart. My Love proposed to in the Gazebo out by the water. It was so sweet and romantic. We mentioned to the front desk lady that we were staying an extra night and she upgraded us to a very sweet room. We got to see fireworks from our room on Christmas Eve. This Christmas Cruise vacation turned out so wonderful and a very Merry one!!! We will be back Miami! Hilton Hotel, thank you! We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Best chicken soup I’ve ever had. Hot tub was perfect and Hot!!! The Gym was great. Heavy free weights for my love’. The only thing I can say is it’s an older hotel with some wear but over all a wonderful place! Happy Holidays and Looking forward to a New Year with my Fiancé!!!

  Enjoyed the stay here. Everything was great! Hector, the manager at the front desk, was awesome when we checked in. He was personable, professional & Friendly - such a treat! Maday at the breakfast restaurant was a delight. Eduardo - the bellman was so friendly & funny too! Great, attentive, & friendly service from EVERYONE. Food was good, especially the dinners. This place is conveniently located close to the Airport, Downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, & Coral Gables. It has it all: restaurants, bar, coffee shop, small convenience store, LARGE swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, basketball court, & plenty of parking. Spacious & comfortable room. Love the color scheme & decor here. Clean throughout. Security cameras everywhere for safety & secure parking lot. Several hand sanitizer stands on the first floor. Scenic view of the Miami skyline & lagoon. Gorgeous landscaping with a walking path as well. Beautiful iguanas roam around the path 💕. Thank you Blue Lagoon Hilton :) We will be back!
