Somethings I liked: Valet was good and the app made it seem less The location is unbeatable in and out of city traffic Pool looked nice, I didn’t use. What I didn’t like: no waters at check-in and no waters in cooler Bar service was not bad but not good either one night the bartender couldn’t speak English. No room cleaning at all during stay, so I guess you have to demand it. I stayed 3 nights!
- KSKeith SNov 11, 20251.0Horrible location (literally on a corner where you can't get off the road and into the parking/entrance if more than 2-3 other cars are already there. I literally got stuck in the road behind several other cars. No self parking. 100% valet and no handicap option. I had my 89 year old father with me and got yelled at by the valet for parking in the one handicap parking spot in the front while I tried to get my dad out of the car (I have handicap placard and displayed it). Booked a handicap room. It was down at the end of the longest hallway, then up elevator to 5th floor and down another hallway. My father barely made it without falling over. I literally thought he was going to collapse. Had I known I would have unloaded his scooter first and let him ride it to the room. But even though the front desk clerk could see him and how he struggled to walk, he didn't bother to mention how far the room was. I have to admit I was extremely aggravated from hours of horrible Miami traffic and then get to hotel and struggle so much, it was rough. NO ONE at the hotel tried to help and they were quite rude. The valet did apologize to me when I came back downstairs for the third time to try to get the scooter. I stay at Hilton properties as my first choice and I stay often. This was the worst reception I've ever received. Who's bright idea to put a handicap room so far away is beyond me. Definitely not well thought out. I won't stay at this hotel in the future. Definitely staying at a Hilton hotel but not this one.
