    Absolute ripoff!! Avoid. The room was below average, at best. The tap on the bathroom tub leaked all night, without letup. I was forced to carry luggage up and down 5 flights of stairs because there was only 1 operational elevator and the hotel was hosting a cruise ship group. Yes, others waited 20 minutes for space in the single elevator car, but I have others things to do with my time. To end an uncomfortable stay, Sabrina harassed me about breakfast after I was told that it was "included" with the room. One sausage and one egg was charged at $21.95, including tax and a $3.76 "service charge" for a "one price buffet." Yes! Sabrina had the nerve to give herself a tip! I have never been treated so rudely at a hotel, having traveled the world over. This place appears to be a staging point for cruise ships, and did nothing to promote the "Hilton" brand. Astonishingly bad service. Absolutely avoid this awful place!

    El Hotel posee en funcionamiento cuando estuve hospedado 1 asensor asensory otro descompuesto con 32 habitaciones por piso y también lo utiliza el personal Son largas esperas La habitacion 714 tienevun extractor que funciona siempre y no se puede apagar que emite ruido insoportable . La tv del cuarto es Directv sin manual de uso usarla IMPOSIBLE.

    Just not good value. $700 for two nights in a 1990's style and feel room. Staff at front desk very helpful.

    Unfortunately, our room had no hand soap or a hair dryer- something I have never seen a Hilton Hotel. The location and shuttle service were excellent.

    Our room was great. Location was great for the airport and has a shuttle. We checked in around 10:30 pm and asked for a place to order food. We were recommended a pizza place. The recommendation was terrible. We ordered and after 1 1/2 hours and two phone calls called and cancelled. Would stay here again though!
