There was not hot water in the hot tub. Called at 7 am to front desk to report the issue and the front desk person said maintenance starts at 7:30 am. Called again at 7:50 and a new person at the front desk didn’t know about the maintenance issue and says that maintenance starts at 8:30-9. Refuses to give me another room to see it anybody from maintenance comes earlier. Called again at 8:00 and a third person answered and seemed he didn’t know anything about the maintenance issue. Refused to provide another room and says that maintenance was coming at 8 am. I had to come down at the front desk to complain in person to get this solve.

This is not a good hotel to stay at. The service was good, atmosphere overall was good but there was one huge problem: the mattress. It was incredibly stiff. It was the same as sleeping on the ground. I barely got any sleep because sleeping was so uncomfortable. I would wake up and my shoulder was numb, or my hip was numb.
I am 40 years old and about as average as a build as you can get: 5'10" and 190 lbs. Maybe if you're overweight these beds will be comfortable for you. If you're average weight and build, it will be terrible. And since we couldn't sleep well at night, we were tired for the entire week while we were in Miami.
I even tried to look into this and see what brand the mattress was. Maybe I could avoid the brand in the future. I found the tag and all it said was "Custom made for Hilton Brand hotels." Wow... They made a mattress this terrible on purpose.
Two stars overall because of good service. The mattress was terrible and no included breakfast. They charge extra for that. There was also broken glass in the hallway. After 4 days and me telling 3 different employees that it was there, they finally found the energy to clean it up.

This hotel was ok. Room was clean enough. The location wasn’t that close to the airport as our uber driver noted afterwards. Biggest issue was that the airport shuttle, first the shuttle is shared between several other hotels so that in the morning there were already people on as this was the last stop, second the communication from the front desk was incorrect as the young man told us to be in lobby only ten minutes before, we didn’t need to reserve the shuttle and “it wouldn’t be a Big deal” we’d get on the shuttle no problem, third when all of this clearly wasn’t true because there were 13 other people in the lobby before us who got on the shuttle leaving us without the ride, fourth when I asked the hotel staff to pay for the cab or uber ride we now needed they refused giving me different information than the first young man. All this to say, the communication was not good and they need to do better training of their staff to communicate consistently.
I think of you’ve poorly trained your staff and your communication isn’t consistent and good then at least the customer service at the desk could have been better however when I went to talk to the desk attendant before I was event done with my conversation the woman next to him was cutting me off telling me she’s security and telling me how people need to get to the airport early. That wasn’t helpful and they were not very understanding and they were bordering on rude. I’m a big fan of customer service as it is a big part of any job but certainly the hospitality industry.
Wouldn’t stay again and wouldn’t recommend.

When I got there they told me that I didn’t have a reservation so of course I had no option since it was NYE and they told me that there was only 2 rooms left so I had to pay 3X more than what my previous booking. And the next morning they said that breakfast was not included.
