Stay is starting off rocky. Reserved several rooms for a pre cruise stay.
Upon arrival was told that my room had been upgraded to room with a view. I originally reserved a 2 queen bed room but was given a king suite with a sofa bed (upgrade) and this is what the sofa bed looked like. The bed/sheets have stains that appear to be urine and either blood or poop. This was room 211. No apology, no real sense of urgency to fix the issue. We had another room - 301. That room’s sofa bed was also nasty. 🤮 I am very disappointed at the level of cleanliness of the room and the response of the staff.

Alberta at the front desk was AMAZING! She was incredibly kind and wildly helpful! We are in town for a special weekend and had a bit of a complicated request when checking in. She took her time, made us feel like it was no big deal, and took care of everything right away. Couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you Alberta! (Oh and the property/rooms are wonderful too. Right in the middle of everything, clean and comfortable, and with gorgeous views! 10/10, would come again!)

Five stars truly aren’t enough— Alberte deserves like 20, without question. She masterfully handled a group of twenty checking in, effortlessly switching between multiple languages, and navigating my own messy check-in, all at the same time and ALL with complete grace. Talk about someone who was genuinely born for the hospitality industry!

I stayed at this hotel during labor day weekend 2025. Everything went well the first couple of days here. On the third day I had noticed after returning to my hotel room in the evening that even though I didn’t request to have my room cleaned it was and also five of my personal articles were missing! When I reported this to the staff they said to check lost and found the following morning as the staff may have misplaced my personal articles there! I then proceeded to file a police report and contact Hilton corporate which then brought the incident to the attention of hotel management. After a couple of days they refunded my cost for one night stay which was approximately the value of the personal items stolen from the hotel room. Bottom line is to use the hotel safe for any items you don’t want to mysteriously disappear.

I am a diamond Hilton honors member. I pre checked into the hotel the day before with room 820. When I arrived to the hotel by 1700 I was given my keys to room 820 and when I opened the door, the room was occupied. When I went back down stairs Abdul said “it’s okay”” it’s okay” and assigned us another room. 720. When we went to that room, the room was occupied. I felt Abdul was very dismissive and didn’t take responsibility for the situation. Alberte helped us the third time and we were given room 822, but I noticed my credit card was charged twice (for each room. Alberte said she needed to talk to her manager and couldn’t do anything about it at this time. When we arrived to room 822, the room was available and clean.
Alberte was very understanding and did her best to fix the situation.
After 2 hours of room hopping and disappointment all I wanted was dinner. There is only fast food places with u. Walking distance (1 mile radius) of this place. I do NOT recommend this hotel.
