We were then moved to another room and the bathroom door got stuck and my son had to be rescued by the supervisor breaking the door down!. Hilton need to improve the support for staff here. The customer service facing staff were excellent but the hotel is in need of an upgrade to all rooms. The manager should also be checking all rooms daily to ensure there is a a higher standard of quality!. Disappointed with this hotel. They did refund the room but overall a very poor experience.

It felt more like a fully set-up living space rather than just a hotel room. The location was convenient, breakfast was good, and the overall facilities were well maintained. Free parking was an added advantage. Unfortunately, we didn’t get enough time to fully enjoy the room and amenities, but the experience was excellent overall. I would definitely give this hotel a full rating.

- HOHaadi OliverDec 5, 20251.0I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and the experience was very disappointing. The policy says rooms are supposed to be serviced every other day, but my room was never serviced at all. No one took out the trash, refreshed towels, or checked on the room. I had to go downstairs every single day just to get clean towels, and the trash kept piling up. On top of that, my room key kept getting disabled every single day, which meant another trip to the front desk just to get back into my room. It was extremely inconvenient and frustrating. For the price and the expectations set by the hotel, this was unacceptable. I hope management addresses these issues so future guests don’t have the same experience.
- NSNewton SeverinNov 21, 20251.0My connecting flight was cancelled due to weather, so I booked last minute to this hotel,, and found out after an hour waiting there was no airport shuttle to this hotel, so ordered an Uber, and arrived at 1203am, the receptionist was very nice. The room however, was 1 of the worst I have ever been in! As I walked in the moldy damp smell was so overwhelming....but it was late and I was very tired, so I decided to fightt through it. I went to take a shower amd there were at least 5 or 6 tiny bugs jumping around by the tub drain....very disgusting, and uncomfortable....very terrible experience with this hotel.
