If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Don't park here, park somewhere else if you can. They will overcharge you for even a few mins and count it as 1hr. I just left this parking garage. I came there at 10:32pm and left at 1:35am and the parking lot is $6 hourly. Instead of charging me $18, they decided to charge me $24, because I was over by 3mins which is ridiculous to say and then on top of that the girl on the intercom couldn't do anything about it and says a manager will be there at 9am. They are definitely scamming people and it needs to stop now. If yall have the audacity to overcharge people for a few mins, then yall don't care about people's time. I hope that management can fix this problem.
Terrible hotel ! First off let’s start by saying that the front desk acts like they don’t understand what they are doing. I came to check in early maybe around 11 am and was told I could get my room which is great. As I walk in the room the rooms smells of a really bad odor in which I told the front desk. Instead of them apologizing and switching the room I was put on hold for 10 minutes then told that “ we can switch you”. For this to be a downtown hotel this kind of response is terrible. I then switch my room and another of my colleagues let me know they’ve been upgraded to an elite room due to their status ( blue) while I am a higher tier ( gold ) and wasn’t even granted anything. Hilton may do better. Save your money and go else where
This location is a short drive from the airport via Uber or Lift. Cost was approx $32. We arrived at the hotel and were able to leave our bags in a secured area while our room was being prepared. The bags were tagged and secured in a locked area. Nice, my family really enjoyed having the freedom to explore, eat and shop. Plenty to do and or see. Overall safe!! The interior of the interior of the hotel was under construction which we did not know about, but it didn't interfere with our sleep or breakfast. Breakfast was over the top in Miami and plenty to choose from. The rate was high, but rightfully so. The employees were helpful and the room were great. The construction was contained and the workers didn't bother anyone and were polite as well. I will be back!! We didn't visit the bar, but we did get two vouchers for adult beverages. The snack area was full with lots to choose from.

I truly believe that great service deserves to be recognized — and that’s exactly the case with my stay at the Hampton Inn in Brickell.
I stayed here with my mom back in 2023 and had such a great experience that we decided to come back this year, now with my brother, for a family vacation. It was absolutely the right decision — our stay was perfect from start to finish.
The hotel offers excellent infrastructure: comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and a great bathroom. Everything is spotless and well organized. Even though some areas were under renovation during our stay, everything remained remarkably clean and tidy.
What truly amazed us, however, was the staff. Every single team member was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — they treated us as if we were guests at a Four Seasons. From the front desk to the housekeeping team and managers, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special.
Thank you, Hampton Inn Brickell, for another wonderful experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We ended up at this hotel after doing some intense research. Flying in from the Midwest to Miami for a cruise, we stayed for one day and it was lovely. I was skeptical at first bc when I called a few weeks prior, I encountered less-than-stellar customer service over the phone—but the hotel had some of the better reviews in the area, so we decided to give it a try.
We booked mainly because it was:
•Within walking distance to food
•Close to shopping and sightseeing for first-time Miami visitors
•Convenient to the Port of Miami
When we arrived by Uber, we were initially thrown off by the entrance (not a typical hotel entrance, but perhaps by design). We were directed to the 6th floor for check-in/out. The staff there were polite, not overly friendly, but professional. Our party of four had no issues. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a cute view over the pool area.
We ate at DCG, a local spot offering a modern spin on Mediterranean cuisine—it was absolutely delicious.
There were several other restaurants and bars within walking distance, plus a Walgreens and Starbucks nearby, making the location very convenient.
The best part of the hotel was the breakfast.
The ambiance was perfect, the food exceeded expectations, and the staff were attentive. Everything was clean, and overall it was very pleasant.
The only downside is the cost per night, which is on the higher side. If you have a car-you’ll spend more on the nightly cost & probably be frustrated with traffic if you aren’t from Miami-we didn’t want that kind of stress. I’d recommend relying on Ubers or walking instead—traffic is intense (and trust me, I’ve seen Atlanta, Chicago, and Dallas traffic!) and it was beautiful out anyways. Our total Uber cost for the trip was around $70, which included rides from the airport to the hotel, hotel to Target and back, hotel to the Port of Miami, and Port of Miami back to the airport—not bad at all considering we had budgeted $100.
Getting to the Port of Miami for our Royal Caribbean cruise took about 25–30 minutes due to traffic around 9:30 a.m., though without traffic it might have been only 15 minutes. Just be aware that road rage is real even from Uber drivers.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for a short stay in Miami. Clean rooms, great breakfast, convenient location, nearby dining options, and reasonable Uber costs—it checked all the right boxes for us.
