They have an inexpensive shuttle to the cruise port so that was an unexpected bonus. Much nicer than many 4 star hotels I have stayed at.

Venus de loin voir les feux d’artifices de nouvel an. Cet établissement a gâcher l’expérience attendue à l’occasion de cette période festive. Si vous n’êtes pas attentif à la qualité, cet établissement pourrait vous intéresser uniquement pour son emplacement. Autrement à éviter.

I would also like to highlight the housekeeping staff, who were consistently kind, polite, and professional. Unfortunately, the main downside of my stay was the front desk staff. At least during my visit, they often appeared annoyed, with an unwelcoming attitude, as if any question was an inconvenience rather than part of their job. Customer interaction did not feel warm or attentive. In addition, my loyalty status was not properly acknowledged. At first, I was told that late check-out was only available for an extra fee. When I pointed out that my status includes complimentary late check-out (subject to availability), the response suddenly changed to “no availability,” which felt inconsistent and disappointing. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but customer care at reception should be a top priority, as it strongly influences the guest experience.

Net als de vorige keer kregen we duizend maal excuses, 50% korting op parkeren en een complementair hapje en drankje. Rustig bij het zwembad gewacht tot de kamer klaar was wat een half uurtje duurde. Prima opgelost! Hotel ligt zeer gunstig midden in Brickell op loopafstand van vele restaurants en Brickell city center mall. 5 minuten rijden van bayside en 15 minuten van de cruise port, dus een aanrader om een nacht voor een cruise te verblijven!
