Stayed at this Hotel pre cruise. I called hotel when we arrived at airport. Juan Carlo was sent to pick us up. His van was full but he took the time to stop at the door we were waiting for him at and told us he would be right back to get us, and he did. Very nice man. Giovanni at the front desk was very friendly and informative. Our hotel room was very clean and comfy. The location is get with Publix across the street. Shopping cvs and Walgreens close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is clean, service is given after 3 days and after 5 days.
Great view if you like plan spotting.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
A few Stores and restaurants are close by.
Laundry can be done, parking is available and safe. And you can play a few games on the pool deck area.
Definitely recommended!!

Let’s start with the highlight: the AC managed to keep the room cool—an unimpressive feat considering it was December.
The bed was less a place to sleep and more a concrete slab resting on wooden pallets, thoughtfully designed to announce every movement at full volume. The sidewalk outside was cleaner than the carpet in the room, which at least saved me the trouble of wondering where I should stand.
We stayed one night and used the hotel’s cruise parking. The price included a ride to the terminal, but when the ship returned, that generosity mysteriously expired and I was left to improvise my way back to the car.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for sleeping, parking, or really any purpose that involves comfort or convenience

Our stay was a mix of highs and lows. While the lobby is beautiful and the pool area is nice, much of the property feels dated and in need of attention.
Communication & Service:
Pre-arrival communication was difficult. I struggled to reach the property by phone; it would ring indefinitely. Even the Hilton corporate line was frustrating, with agents answering and hanging up immediately on two different occasions. If you need help, message through the website. The Front Office Manager, Jennifer, was responsive and helpful.
The service varied by shift. The evening staff appeared visibly annoyed with guests and weren't very welcoming, whereas the morning staff was much friendlier and helpful.
Cleanliness & Upkeep:
While the lobby is beautifully decorated, the rooms tell a different story. Our room had a lingering odor and a large carpet stain right next to the bed. I couldn't help but feel that thentwo were related. The bathrooms and carpets are definitely in need of renovation.
Amenities & Location:
The breakfast was excellent! The lemon waffle with strawberry and coconut toppings was a delicious change from the traditional options (but traditional was available too!) . The pool area is nice and great space to relax.
The free airport shuttle (5 AM – 11 PM) is a huge plus and can save you $30+, though we unfortunately missed it due to a flight delay. They also offer a shuttle to the Miami cruise port for $14 per person. For our party of four, Lyft ended up being cheaper, but the shuttle might make sense for smaller groups or during peak traffic times.
Note for late arrivals: Be aware that most nearby food options are drive-thru only late at night, so plan on ordering delivery if you don't have a car.
This hotel has great potential, but it’s time for a refresh—specifically the carpets and bathrooms.

Really good staff. Need to get the luggage carts working better. The tires are flat and the good ones are missing. The front desk told me the luggage carts are missing because the other guests did not bring them back. Aside from the carts everything was awesome. The computer system was down so the front desk did everything manually. This is a busy hotel and the desk person worked super hard to keep business moving as if nothing was wrong. Great job. I will try to get the front desk guys name but if you want to look at giving him an award and a raise he work last night 12/15/25 and tonight!
