    Foi nossa primeira vez em Miami e optamos for ficar um pouco mais afastados dos pontos turísticos mas que fosse fácil e barato estacionar. A localização tem fácil acesso ao centro, e ao lado tem um shopping enorme e completo.

    Soy miembro de la hilton y trabajo en un hotel en las Vegas reservé este hotel pensando en que sería un lugar agradable pero, el costumer service pésimo , mal olor en la habitación, no hacían servicio a la habitación, y cuando pido servicio se me quedó un AirPod en la cama y se perdió lo reclame y no sentí preocupación por el objeto perdido hice más de tres veces el reclamo y todos actuaban tranquilos

    This hotel is doing a fantastic job. I've stayed at 3 and 4 star hotels that weren't even half as good as this hotel. The rooms are immaculate, the service is fantastic, they've definitely got it together. Usually I'm not a big fan of continental breakfasts because a lot of them are terrible but if you're going to do a Continental breakfast ,this is the way to do it. They've got a lot of variety, everything was hot and tasty. I'll definitely be back. Great job management and staff

    I stayed here on 10/30/25. I didn't have a reservation, but was able to get a room for one night. I was very impressed with the front desk and how fast they were able to get me situated. Would definitely come back.

    The pillows on my bed had very disgusting stains, I couldn’t tell if it was food stains or blood, but either way it was very gross. The employee Gary was quick to help and was kind, so I’m grateful for that. But even after changing the bedding, I couldn’t shake the skin crawling feeling knowing my face touched that pillow before I noticed. I also noticed hairs and dirt within the bedding. The cleanliness was unacceptable. My fridge was also not working when I first arrived, but again Gary was helpful in fixing that quickly as well!
