  This is my first time in Miami and this trip was truly great. Michael from the front desk is really really really amazing my family were so lost on where to go and Michael gave us a whole entire itinerary on what to do and where to go for the four days we were here. He is so friendly and nice to not only me but every guest in the hotel even the kids at the hotel were saying good morning to him and he was so full of energy and happiness I don't know how a working from 11pm to 7am I personally would of been a zombie but he was so energized and happy to everyone you could not tell he worked overnight. You can tell that he loves helping people and making there trip we are already planning our next trip again I would like to say thank you Michael for truly making my family stay great see you soon.

  The hotel was truly great the experiencia we had was phenomonal. I would like to truly saybthank you to Michael he is hands down thee best hotel person me and my familia ever met. West arrived at the hotel at 1am and michael had thee most amazing energy and smile we ever had the plessure to meet he truly goes above and beyond for his guest ive personally watched him help bring luggage tonthe airport shuttle (which is free) on the van and help them sit to have breakfast if it wasnt for him our trip would not be this amazing thank you again michael we will come back to miami now because of you.

  The cleaning service definitely needs to be improved. As soon as I entered the room, the first thing that greeted me was a smeared mirror. The bathroom floor was not clean — there were long dark hairs on the floor and even in the bathtub. The taps were not polished or properly cleaned and were covered with water stains. The baseboard of the bathroom door was covered with a thick layer of dust. As I was traveling with children, I expected and would greatly appreciate a higher standard of cleanliness. A clean room is essential, especially for families.

  We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. I booked the wrong date of our stay. . . Oops . . . and all the rooms were booked. The front desk staff were so friendly and didn't give up on me. The sales manager Amanda Martinez took some time and figured out how to accommodate us. She was incredible and so sweet. They made calls and luckily there was a cancelation and we had a room. I am so thankful for Ms. Martinez and the staff at this hotel!!! Our room was clean, the breakfast was delish, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!! Thank you Amanda Martinez and the Hampton Inn staff for fixing my mistake and making out stay enjoyable.

  I've luck up on being able to book a room at this hilton property at the last minute. Minus all the chaos at Miami Intl Airport bomb scarce that shutdown the airport, cancel all flights, not able to retrieve my luggage, and sold out rooms at hotels across Miami area. Plus the winterstorm that also delayed me from getting home. 💣✈️ ❄️ The receptionists Liv and both Javier's were friendly and very accommodating to me and other guests I've notice on this unfortunate airport 🛫 situation. They allowed me and other guests to rest in lobby area until rooms 🛏 became available. The breakfast 😋 was great and fresh with tasty options. The room were nice and pleasant 🛌 and bed was very comfy 😴. As the hotel was sold out each day of my stay. Everyone from guests and staff were friendly and quiet mellow with minimum to no noise shockingly. There's a couple of gas stations ⛽️ thats 5mins walking distance from hotel. All being said I had a wonderful and relaxing stayed at this property and will come again. 🤗☕️🍳🥓🏨😎🛌😴 Below is a pic of the view from my room.
