    We chose this location for it's close proximity to the airport. We had an overnight layover and just needed somewhere to shower and sleep. Overall, this room and hotel were decent for the price. Daniel was friendly, kind and professional. We used the shuttle ro pick us up from the airport but ised uber to take us back the next morning because the shuttle doesnt start until 6am. Our flight was at 7am. The negative feedback is that when the air ran for a while, the room had a musty carpet smell. If I had been staying longer, I would have switched rooms. The carpet definitely needs cleaned or replaced. Overall, I would stay here again but I will try another room to make sure the carpet doesn't still smell.

    I expected better from a Hilton property. We were delayed 10+ hours on our cruise so I had to book just a day before. I checked into the room through the app, said I would take a digital key and went straight to the room. Get to the room and there are no bath towels. I arrived 2 hours later than I estimated, 8pm I stead of 6pm, then when I'm exhausted and just want to shower I have to get redressed to go down to the front desk to get towels. There is no service to the rooms anymore, it's sad. Also found brown stains on the sheets and small hairs. The light fixture between the beds was so gross.

    The rooms are beautiful. The beds are very comfortable and the pillows are comfortable. Also, the problem these people have is that the coffee that they’re supposed to have in the lobby 24 hours a day at night time is cold and there’s no condiments for the coffee, they need to get somebody to make the coffee more often so it’s hot And also outside garbage is full all the time they need to stop that cause it looks bad. also, the girl who works in the evening with the jet black hair is beautiful

    Nice rooms. Clean. Got here very early after a cruise and there was a list for checking in early. Waited 3hrs and were able to check in 3hrs early. Rooms are very very cold. Spacious. Got two waters and cookies at check in. Free shuttle to airport every 30 minutes.

    The night clerk did not recognize my Hilton Hhonors Diamond status and gave me no water,etc. He tried to charge me an extra $18 per night for parking when I had purchased the Park, Fly and Go package which INCLUDED parking for 7 nights and the shuttle to and from the airport. He argued with me even after I showed him the rate description in my reservation on the Hilton app which clearly stated that parking was included in the rate. Beware! Will not stay here again and don't recommend this property. I rarely complain but this was unacceptable.
