The rooms are clean and comfortable, and some of the staff are very friendly—though a few interactions have been a bit awkward. One area for improvement is recognizing Hilton Honors members; I’ve never been acknowledged for my status or offered the usual amenities that come with it. Overall, it’s a convenient and decent stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in customer service consistency.

I asked to change rooms — the front desk first said there were no rooms available. Later, I checked myself and found available rooms, but the front desk said they were “different room types” and refused to change. I said I wanted to check out, and they replied that I could, but that I should “state any special requests” before booking next time. I was furious — since when is asking for a quiet room considered a “special request”? Is it normal for a Hilton hotel room to hum every minute? Why do such rooms even exist? And why should I have to request in advance just to avoid this? This feels like a scam. Never coming back again. Had to switch hotels late at night with a small child — absolutely ruined our rest. I am extremely upset.
