I planned almost a week stay, brought all the things I needed to be stuck in the room for almost 5 straight days. I booked the suite so we had more room and so I could frequently ambulate without having to walk the halls. Our room had a microwave and fridge. We ordered DoorDash to the room often, we had free awesome breakfast every morning, my surgeon approved items were on the buffet. We have a service frenchie, the bathroom areas were easy to access and the clean up accessible items are right there for you! Have zero complaints and plan on trying their Ft. Lauderdale location for our April trip.

Our room was locked, and our belongings were inside the locked room. They offered to move us to a different room because the battery could take one or two hours to charge, and my son and I were sleepy, and it was already past 11:30 pm.

I asked to change rooms — the front desk first said there were no rooms available. Later, I checked myself and found available rooms, but the front desk said they were “different room types” and refused to change. After I insisted, they said the other rooms had the same noise problem. I said I wanted to check out, and they replied that I could, but that I should “state any special requests” before booking next time. I was furious — since when is asking for a quiet room considered a “special request”? Is it normal for a Hilton hotel room to hum every minute? Why do such rooms even exist? And why should I have to request in advance just to avoid this? This feels like a scam. Never coming back again. Had to switch hotels late at night with a small child — absolutely ruined our rest. I am extremely upset.
