Excellent stay and everything was wonderful. Minor stains on the carpet in the room. However, everything else was incredible.

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This is not a Four Seasons in any way. The service is appalling and completely unjustifiable for the price. It honestly feels like a budget hotel instead of a luxury property. I regret staying here.
I requested housekeeping at 9am when I left, and when I returned at 4pm, I found my room untouched. The concierge was almost never at the desk, and when they were, they were helpless—just handed over phone numbers and told us to call ourselves. What’s the point of having a concierge ?
The whole hotel feels completely disorganized and understaffed. NOTHING about this stay reflected luxury, attention to detail, or care for guests that you normally get at a Four Seasons.
We occupied 4 rooms as a family, and every single person was equally dissatisfied. Paying premium prices for this level of service is insulting. This stay has completely shaken my trust in the Four Seasons brand. Never again.

Tomato & Vine is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, everything feels intentional—warm, elevated, and welcoming. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and every dish feels thoughtfully prepared. Even the simplest things are executed flawlessly, which says everything about the quality here. Service is attentive without being overbearing, and the overall experience feels both refined and comfortable. This is the kind of place you come back to again and again. Truly outstanding. Nicholas is an amazing bartender and so friendly!

Among the four Four Seasons hotels we have visited in Florida so far, this was by far the worst experience.
I am not used to rating Four Seasons as a one-star, but unfortunately here I don’t see any other option.
We went to the pool and were told there was a waiting list for sunbeds. We waited for almost two hours and still didn’t get anything, so we eventually just left. Many sunbeds were not actually occupied, guests seemed to leave their belongings there for hours without being present, while staff did nothing to manage the situation.
The hotel advertised a list of kids’ activities, but we did not see a single one actually happening. There was no bracelet making, no gelato happy hour — nothing that was listed. There were also no courtesy treats offered at the pool at any time. We spent two days there and didn’t see any complimentary service that is usually standard at Four Seasons properties.
The staff was not particularly friendly or attentive. Overall, the service felt more like a generic 4-star Marriott than a luxury Four Seasons hotel.
Our room was very small, the windows were super dirty, and the view was directly onto construction. I am confident the hotel was not fully booked, so it was disappointing that no better room was offered.
While there are Four Seasons properties we would happily return to — such as Four Seasons Naples if we are talking about Florida — this hotel is definitely not on that list.
