  I had my proposal at the Four Seasons Brickell, and they helped me from A to Z with the setup, flowers, candles, and everything! They made this day absolutely PERFECT. They also surprised us with unexpected gifts like champagne, chocolates, balloons, and more! All the staff at the hotel and at the restaurant knew about the proposal, congratulated us all day long, and treated us to an amazing and delicious dessert! My fiancée felt so special thanks to everyone and everything they did. This hotel is AMAZING. Everyone is friendly and helpful, the service is unreal (in a good way), and the facilities and rooms are extraordinary - clean, smell great, and the bed was so soft and cloud-like that I fell asleep instantly. Thank you and we can't wait to come back!

  Nice stay! Not as glamorous as some of the other FS properties but the staff were so friendly and helpful, pool area was beautiful and even though it was packed - the staff went above and beyond to find two spots for us to relax. If you don’t mind being a drive away from the beach, definitely a good choice. Lives up to FS standards!

  My wife and I visited for an offsite wedding. The property was fantastic. Service was great. Room was also exceptional. We loved having an Equinox on property as we frequently used the gym and spa over our 3 day stay. The property is conveniently located from lots of shopping and restaurants. We cannot wait to come back! 10/10

  The valet parking is a SCAM! They charged my father $75 and required him to pay VIA ZELLE! Despite arguing with the valet attendant that it was not normal we paid. I then entered the hotel and asked to speak to a manager. He told me that in very “rare” circumstances they sometimes ask guests to Zelle them the money. I have stayed at the Four Seasons and multiple other 5 star properties across the world and have never encountered such scammers in my life. The attendant at the desk said she has never heard of this and was confused. I would AVOID the Four Seasons Miami at all costs unless you want your car and money stolen.
