This hotel is dirty. It looks luxurious and pristine, but the rooms and hallways are not well kept. The bathroom floor of room was visibly not swept, food particles and who knows what else. The floors in the king suite we booked were so filthy it turned our 2 year old sons feet almost black on the bottom.
The continental breakfast was great, the omelet station was a hit with my husband. The staff accommodated a late check out for us to better align with our flight, which was super nice having both kiddos with us. I was just extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel.

We were here unexpectedly, as what should have been a short connection between our flight from Buenos Aires and onwards to Boston was interrupted with the big snow storm in the North East. We arrived at the hotel after a night flight very early - about 6am and inquired about an early check in. The hotel had been full so we did have to wait until about 11 for a room to be cleaned but the front desk staff - both before and after the 7am shift change were very helpful. They gave us coupons for breakfast for that morning and the next as well as drinks for the evening. When the room on the 10th floor, with a great view, did become available we enjoyed the (little outdated) shower. It is a huge room, separate sleeping and living areas. We participated in the happy hour and had a very nice complimentary breakfast the next morning. The surrounding area is not the best part of Miami, but if you need a hotel very close to the airport then the Embassy Suites is highly recommended.

Hotel was large, 10 floors, several rooms. We are diamond members with Hilton. Upon arriving at the hotel at 2:30 we were told rooms would not be ready for 45 mins. We waited in the large lobby and were sent a text just after 3. We also confirmed that they had a shuttle to the airport in the morning and the front desk attendant advised yes, no problem.
The room was your average room. However, the atrium was very noisy and could be heard in our room. The sliding glass door and the toilet were both broken. Slider would not fully close due to a broken handle, therefore, the street/highway noice never went away and the toilet fell to the left every time you sat on it. We were there less than 24 hours so we just advised the front desk of the issues upon checking out.
We left the hotel at 5am. The shuttle van pulls up, the driver gets out and advised only 7 ppl can ride. There were 9 of us waiting. Of course the last couple to arrive downstairs were the first in the van, leaving us to find a different ride option. I went back inside to ask why they did not use one of their many larger buses to transport us all to the airport and the front desk stated the 5am driver wasn’t licensed to drive the larger buses. She advised management was already made aware of the 5am situation but obviously it’s been received on deaf ears since it’s still a problem!
In short, the location is good, as long as, you don’t mind the constant atrium, multi highway and airport plane noice 24/7. If you have a short stay as we did, it’s probably not worth the money to stay here because we left before breakfast was served and if more than 7ppl needing transportation in the morning, you’ll need to pay for an uber or lift service to get you to the airport.

Our experience at Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport was incredibly stressful and disappointing.
After a day of delayed and changed flights, we arrived around 1:00 a.m. expecting the room I had already checked into the day before through the Hilton Honors app. Instead, we were told we did not have a room because my card had been declined. The card the hotel had on file was an old card that had been canceled for fraud months earlier. I had updated my payment information days before travel.
While standing sitting outside of the lobby I called Hilton directly, and they confirmed the reservation reflected the new card on file. I was also able to show the correct card in my app. The night auditor was dismissive and made the snarky remark, “it’s up to you to make sure your card works.” The only attempt she made to rectify the issue was she offered us an “Out of Order room” at over $300 a night that was unacceptable.
At 1–2 a.m., after a long travel day, my husband and I were left stranded without the confirmed room. At 2:51am after just arriving to our new hotel, I received an email that my reservation had been canceled and that charges may incur.
To make matters worse, we had already paid for a Lyft from the airport to this hotel and then had to pay for another Lyft to get to the new hotel Hilton booked for us. No assistance or shuttle transportation was provided ever though it was asked from the Hilton Representative.
This was the most unprofessional and stressful hotel experience I have ever had especially for a confirmed reservation.

I stayed here as part of a room block ( room set aside for a specific group) before a cruise, and I highly recommend if you're looking for a location to have many people meet up to use this hotel. The rooms were beautiful- exceptionally clean, great layout, lots of space etc. The service at every point was spectacular, from the desk, people to the bartenders, to wait staff in the restaurant, to the breakfast attendants. We had a very large social in the lobby, bar, and pool area and it was so much fun. It really reminded me of what hotels used to be back in the day (or what ive seen in movies) it's a big glamorous hotel, with lots of areas to sit and meet new people, and an atmosphere that was very conducive to us having a great time outside of the room.
