We are a Diamond members and from the time we arrived until we left this Embassy was everything we expected. The hotel was amazing all around, but let me tell you about Gladys in the club. Her smile on her face can light up a room. Her interaction with the guest is positive and extremely enjoyable. We stayed at Embassy for 2 nights and the talk in the commons area was how great and how much we all loved her. She is definitely our girl, and we should all aim to be the person Gladys is.... Beautiful on the inside and out!

Terrible experience. The hotel is right next to the airport and the highway so you hear plane, train, and car noises constantly and LOUDLY. But on top of that, there was mold in the bathroom, the hot water didn’t work, and parking was $30 a night. I reported the lack of hot water to the front desk and management did not resolve the issue. They do give you one drink voucher every night, but personally I’d rather be able to take a warm shower! Photos of bathroom mold on both the tiles and the ceiling are attached.

I recently stayed with my family at Embassy Suites by Hilton at Miami Airport and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and made check-in quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, which made the stay relaxing.
The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and well maintained. The location was convenient and the shuttle service provided by the hotel was excellent.
Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend Embassy Suites by Hilton, Miami AirPort to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and good value. I would happily stay here again.

In my nearly 25 years staying at various Embassy Suites, this location needs the most improvement in nearly all capacities.
The one good thing, service is friendly.
For nearly $300 a night (thankfully just 1 night before our cruise), this is what was offered:
1) Airport Shuttle from Airport to Hotel - Waited nearly 50 minutes while every other hotel shuttle came by at least 2-3x. Tried contacting the hotel, and line would instantly hang up when promoted to speak to someone.
2) The rooms are significantly outdated and run down. Dust build up in the vents. Wallpaper falling off the walls. TVs are old with poor visual quality.
3) Breakfast is average but the soda fountains are abysmal in terms of quality of the drinks. The Coke Zero tasted like chlorine and very flat.
4) killed time at the restaurant which is a bit overpriced. 16 dollars for a bottle of sparkling water?!? In addition, we were given menus where a number of items weren’t even available (half the sandwiches listed weren’t available)
5) If I had known there was live karaoke and music sessions into the later hours, I’d have never stayed here. After travelling for 18 hours, the last thing I need pounding in my ears are shrieking voices attempting to mimic Whitney Houston hits.
I sincerely mean all of this constructively, because I have stayed at several other Embassy Suites in the last year and they were amazing. Currently, this location leaves a lot to be desired.

Rooms are noisy from the uncontrolled crowd noise downstairs. If you want service at all, go somewhere else. Shuttle driver left is twice at the airport as I was running along side the empty van banging on the side. Front desk gave us the keys to the wrong room after we had to Uber to the hotel. Bar staff and wait staff are completely unattentive it’s a miracle anyone had drinks or food. Located in the middle of nowhere so can’t just go out. Will NEVER stay here again. I travel for a living and would NEVER suggest this place!
