Not the best customer service, computer system issues seem common, shower has no curtain, tv remote does not work and hotel has no extras. People yelling and screaming at night. Not a Hilton experience. And to top it off got stuck in the elevator.

The stay was disappointing. The floor was dirty, with lots of hair (we used a wet towel to wipe - result in photo), and the hallway carpet looked like it had never been vacuumed. There was constant noise from the highway, and the "internal" air conditioner was extremely loud — it didn’t run continuously but kept turning on and off, and the clicking sound kept waking us up. I would not stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay and it was primarily due to the warm welcome by manager Nehemy Desir. I had a long work/travel day coming from Chicago, working in hailstones, and finally making it to this hotel in Miami just before midnight. I was tired and overwhelmed but upon my arrival, Nehemy checked me in quickly, clearly explained everything I needed to know about my stay, and above all, he made me feel welcome and appreciated as a diamond member. I will be returning ro this location as my stay so far has been blissful. All staff are friendly, the room was clean, parking was effortless, and I am very pleased with this stay.

This place has a great manager very courteous and considerate. All of the front desk clerks are super supportive as well. However, the wheels came off when they added a parking gate and QR code scanner which is the worst ever. I was there 1 night and the app kept charging me 6 days later and I had to call Metropolis because it reached $69 dollars and it can go up to $379.00 I will not be returning to this place. My last rental was 317 and when I walked in the whole entire place smelled like someone urinated all over the place. It looked clean 🧼 but smelled. The front desk is very accommodating but something is wrong over there. The previous stay I got another parking bill for $54.00 which was $10.00 for one day and $45 administrative fees and $5 for processing. My company has paid close to $20000.00 in hotel fees this year alone for me and the misses but they continue to charge patrons these ridiculous parking charges. I will not return to this place. No. No.

I made a reservation for my grandma. When I made the reservation, I explicitly told them twice that the card I was giving them is the card I want to pay for the whole reservation, and that my grandma will pay for the deposit in person. They said that would be fine. Come check in, they’re telling her that she needs to pay for the whole reservation. When I called after work to ask why, they said that they couldn’t charge the card on file because I would have the right to say it’s fraud. I wish they would’ve said this upfront when I mentioned MULTIPLE times that the card I’m giving them is the card I want to pay the whole reservation. The hotel could’ve even called me to authorize the payment, but they didn’t. Their communication is abysmal. Thank God my elderly grandma had someone with her to help because imagine if she was by herself. And then she had to scramble to find another hotel while having no place to stay. They also tried to charge the taxi $10 to help drop off her suitcases. Shame.
