I receiving a parking ticket violation in the mail, due to staying over 15 minutes waiting for a family member who was checking out to head to the cruise port, I'm disappointed and very sure that I will never stay here or recommend this location, and I'm a HH gold member , my stay was Valentines Day, this type of service spoils the Hilton brand!

They don’t clean their rooms. Go to get in bed, and felt like crumbs in the bed. Pulled the sheets back and had that was not from us all over in the bed. Barf!! Go to tell the front desk and they say within couple hours someone can change the bed. Should have already been done. Had to multiple time request room change instead which was eventually granted. Do not stay here if you want a clean and friendly environment. Location is great with highway access so it’s such a shame the hotel it gross especially for Hilton standards.

Terrível, no quarto chuveiro pigando,

This Doubletree is about the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at the Custemer service is a Terrible. The hotel is dirty, not clean and the people at the front desk were just as distant and nonhelpful. My wife just went down to the laundry, put money in the laundry and the machine did not work. The guy down at the front desk told me to go on the next floor. It’s because there’s another laundry and I asked him. Why would I go to the ninth floor if the one on the fifth floor is not working he said whether there is a laundromat down the street, but my wife has already lost nine dollars in the machine so we have to see the manager later. There’s homeless people sleeping right outside this hotel. I guess they can’t have any control of that but the pictures are very deceiving and I was very disappointed from the moment that I got up to my room actually when we were going to the room and to see the condition of the carpet in the hallway, so this hotel could use a lot of renovation. The windows to my room look like they have never been washed. my door to the room does not close automatically have to push it close because it sticks. If I could give it no stars, I would do that I would like to have points or to have my total payment refunded.

I chose this hotel because it carries the name “Hilton” which I thought meant quality, and its proximity to the airport and port of sail. However, that is not what we experienced. Reservations were easy using the website. When I attempted to contact the front desk, all I received each time was a voicemail. Initially I called to find out about the shuttle, which was the best part of our experience, and again to address the water temperature. The shuttle pick up at the airport was located on the first floor between doors 5-8. The shuttle showed up right on the 1/2 hour as indicated. The driver was pleasant and courteous. When we arrived, the front desk was available and there was no wait to check in. The front desk clerk was polite and welcoming and gave us two warm cookies. The options for dinner were Uber Eats, a lounge that serves burgers or a buffet. We chose the buffet since it was readily available. The food presented was a dry pork roast, a bland pasta, no flavor Mexican rice, hard tostones, a salad, potato soup and deserts. The sever had to be tracked down three times. He didn’t seem concerned that there were guests in the restaurant and left to the kitchen and lounge multiple times. The drinks and tab were overpriced for poor quality food and cost $100 for two buffets, two cocktails and water. When we retired to the room on the 8th floor it was a good size king room with open space and seating. There was no refrigerator or microwave. We were hoping for a warm room and hot shower, we got neither. Most hotels prepare a room for the guest before check in by warming or cooling it depending on the weather conditions. It was in the mid 40’s and the room had a chill which took over an hour to warm even though our dinner. When we attempted to shower, the water was cold even after waiting for 20 minutes for the water to warm. We are extremely disappointed in our stay and would not recommend this property. I recommend management address the areas mentioned for future guests.
