- ZNZubeen NishaNov 17, 20193.0Upon checkin I was told that the receptionist had been holding my booking from morning even though the credit card didn’t work when I had booked the room an hour before reaching the hotel also why my phone didn’t work as I had an international phone number!! First credit card didn’t work as told by the receptionist,presented a second one which worked .turned out the first one was functioning just fine as well as I used an atm to establish that. Room was very clean and checkout process was perfect, unfortunately I cannot say the same about checkin process thus a 3 star.
