THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT AND ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING, THEY WOULD TRY TO HELP THE CUSTOMER. WE LOVED THE CUPBOARD STORE IDEA. IT WAS SO CONVENIENT ON THE DAYS THAT I COULD NOT STEP OUT TO GET FOOD. AND SUPPLIES. THE BEST THING IN THIS HOTEL WAS THE FREE WASHER AND DRYER!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY ACCOMMODATING TOWARDS PETS AND THEY EVEN HAVE AN AREA IN THE BACK IN THE HOTEL FOR THEM. THE ROOMS ARE VERY SPACIOUS AND THE BED IS EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE.THE KITCHEN HAS THE BASICS SO THAT YOU CAN AT LEAST COOK ON A STOVE AND MICROWAVE YOUR FOOD. THEY HAD ENOUGH PARKING THAT WE DID NOT HAVE TO WORRY. WE FELT LIKE IT WAS A APARTMENT RATHER THAN A HOTEL. IT FELT LIKE HOME AWAY FROM HOME. WE WILL BE BACK IF WE EVER NEED IT ! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

The staff openly gossip, insult guests of different backgrounds, and make loud political comments in the hallways — including disrespectful remarks about the President of the United States. I reported this unprofessional behavior to the manager who's hispanic himself, expecting accountability and corrective action. Instead, I was banned from the property for speaking up. That says everything about the toxic culture this place supports, where employees from other countries feel free to speak against our President, regardless of their personal opinions. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and unacceptable, one that disrespects both guests and American values of professionalism and respect. Completely unacceptable. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

Front desk doesn't offer complimentary water bottles ...everything is for a charge. When I called about the bathroom not having a shampoo dispenser I was told I'd have to wait til the morning for housekeeping. So that doesn't help me for tonight.
