  Nicely setup. We had a double queen room with a kitchenette with full size fridge and a bathroom with a roll-in shower. Everything was very clean, the kitchenette was nicely equipped for cooking and eating and even cleanup with a dishwasher. They even have a lending cupboard at the front desk for items you might need that other guest left behind (you can check them out). They have free laundry facilities which is wonderful, although not all machines were working and many times, regardless of time off day, they were in full use by other guest. The gym is very nice, and super clean. We didn't visit the pool as it was unseasonably cold. But it looked clean. They have a food cupboard - fruit, tea, & coffee are complimentary but they offer a variety of snacks, and food for purchase. They provide laundry detergent for purchase but include a small bottle of dish liquid and dishwasher tablets in your room for the dishwasher. They also included Dove shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and hand wash in your room. First services were always pleasant and helpful but they didn't all speak English so sometimes there's a language barrier. We requested a shower chair for the shower and they gladly brought one to the room.

  The people at this hotel are terrible, the manager is not respectful to the customers. There's a strong smell of marijuana around the pool; they shouldn't allow this.

  This hotel is horrible !! No hot water and when I went to complain there was more people complaining. The manager just looked at everyone and said if you don’t like this check out.

  The rooms are set up for extended stays with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook and eat. Unlike many hotel rooms, there is more than one chair to roll up to the table, and there’s still enough room to keep your laptop set up. They don’t have any food service onsite, but if you ask at the desk, they have a free breakfast option at a nearby property.

  Have never been happier to check out of Hotel! Manager is a jerk, NO HOT WATER. And we were not alone with the water issue. The night shift was definitely more helpful, the young lady that works front desk in the morning is extremely rude and nothing more than the managers mini me. Also how do you pay for a room and have no parking? This location really needs new training, I've been in the hospitality business for 25 years and this is 100% not the way to treat guests.
