  This is conveniently located, and there is a restaurant…of sorts. It has a limited menu and our server was great, but she was the only one bartending, waiting, cooking, and serving. There were several people waiting to get served at the bar while she was in the kitchen. The breakfast is standard hotel fare with a waffle machine, pre- made omelets, pastries. Etc.

  I have stayed at this hotel on three separate occasions. The accommodations are comfortable, and the rooms are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Housekeeping services are available upon request and perform daily rounds. The hotel features a fitness center equipped for workouts. Additionally, there is a laundry facility on the second floor with two washing machines and two dryers. Each floor is equipped with vending machines and ice machines. Complimentary parking is available for guests.

  The rooms are good. Quite spacious and good size. Staff is friendly. However, breakfast is the biggest issue here. Food is stale and feels like it was there overnight. Just basic walmart frozen food. Egg omelet is worst ive ever had. However i do give them credit for giving lots of options.

  Absolutely unacceptable and infuriating stay do NOT book this hotel if you value sleep! It was impossible to get even a minute of rest because of the horrendously noisy air conditioner. The unit rattled, clicked, and banged loudly every few minutes all night long, sounding like it was on the verge of falling apart. This went on for my entire stay, leaving me completely exhausted. I reported the issue immediately upon arrival and demanded either a repair or a room change. The front desk just gave an apology and claimed the hotel was “fully booked” so nothing could be done. I complained again the next morning same pathetic excuse and zero effort to resolve it. For the premium rates this place charges, guests should expect basic functioning amenities like a quiet, working AC not this nightmare. The staff clearly couldn’t care less, and management obviously neglects maintenance. Extremely disappointing and a total waste of money. I will never return and strongly advise others to stay far away!

  Let's begin...it's not a 'steal of a deal. You pay SLIGHTLY less than some other major chain brand hotels, yes, but you pay cheaper for the stay and get just that sort of experience. The front desk attendant was polite. The first room given to us had flickering lights and a light switch that made a crackling sound. Plus a noticeable odor that, while not foul, you wouldn't want to exist in it. Luggage in hand to the front desk to get another room, we were politely asked to wait, in darkness, for the technician to address it. Huh?? 'He's in the hotel right now'. What the...Huh??? Ok, after stressing our need for a new room, we got onesame floor but 8 doors down. A room booked for three and I had to go back to the front desk to request more towels, twice. A clean yet noticeably worn out room, an uncomfortable single armchair, a really noisy/creaky office chair, a mini fridge without a freezer door that turns drinks below icy and a shower WITHOUT A DOOR that actually led to flooding in the bathroom all the way out to the front door. An experience to last a lifetime, never again. Don't take my word for it, try it for yourselves.
