    This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is so dirty and it smells. Security seems no existent. Everything was falling apart and it is very old. It needs revamping. I cancelled the rest of my stay there- will never go back !

    Hello, I recently stayed at this hotel from December 29, 2025, to December 30, 2026. I’m writing to express my concern about the condition of my room. The curtains were covered in mold, and the air conditioning unit blew them up, making it impossible for me to close my blinds that night. Despite my love for this hotel and my frequent bookings, I haven’t been back in about a year and a half. I decided to stay here again during my recent trip to town, expecting a comfortable stay, but unfortunately, this time, the room was in a deplorable state. The walls were dirty, the room was extremely humid and muggy, and I had to move the furniture to access the TV and plug in my Fire Stick. To make matters worse, I found a razor on the floor, which was highly unsanitary, and there was trash scattered all over the floor, including behind the bed. The room appeared to be neglected and poorly maintained, which was quite disappointing. The next day, I woke up feeling a bit stuffy and with allergies, which is not ideal for a hotel, especially one that I had previously enjoyed. I attempted to contact the hotel, but unfortunately, no one seemed to be available to assist me. Additionally, I was charged the deposit, which was refunded and then charged again. I’m puzzled as to why this happened, and I’m trying to reach out to the hotel again, but they remain unresponsive. I understand that mistakes can occur, but this was not an oversight; it was a lack of cleanliness. And all customer service can say is sorry the room wasn’t clean. DISAPPOINTED

    This was the worst hotel experience of my life. Absolute filth. The room reeked of mold and humidity the moment we walked in. The carpet was literally wet from leaks underneath. There were old Doritos on the floor from a previous guest and blood stains on the sheets. This is not exaggeration, this is disgusting negligence. We reported everything. The front desk staff blatantly ignored us. The woman at the desk was consistently absent, sitting in a back room watching videos on her phone, completely uninterested, no eye contact, no concern, no standards. Zero hospitality. Safety was nonexistent. Anyone could walk into the hotel. No access cards for elevators. No security. With a family and an infant, this was unacceptable. Free breakfast was technically included, but it was near impossible to process the stale food that was served. When respectfully asking a staff member about replenishing the yogurt, her response was literally “I’ll do it whenever I can, okay?”. Both the coffee machine and the juice machine didn’t work any of the days. The room itself was falling apart: damaged furniture, torn roller curtains, a broken AC/dehumidifier that made the humidity unbearable. Because of the wet carpets and mold, we could not let our infant touch the floor out of fear of fungal infection or illness. The photos online are completely misleading. What is advertised is NOT what exists in reality. We stayed three nights only because relocating with an infant is not easy, but this place should not be operating at all. Avoid at all costs.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Mi más sincera opinión: estuve 2 semanas en este hotel y me pareció una total falta de respeto hacia sus huéspedes. Desde que entras al lobby se siente un mal olor a carpeta sucia. El cuarto en el que me quedé (el Kitchenette) tenía la estufa dañada y nunca la arreglaron, aun cuando lo reporté. Además, solo había agua caliente durante el día, como si la apagaran en las tardes. La cama está más vieja que Cristóbal Colón; se sentían los springs, y las almohadas… ¡Dios mío! Eran tan finas y desgastadas que daba asco apoyar la cara en ellas. La alfombra del piso estaba tan sucia que, con solo caminar unos minutos sin sandalias, los pies se me pusieron negros. Hablé con la recepcionista, pero estaba más pendiente a su celular y nunca atendieron mis reclamos: ni la estufa, ni las almohadas. Este hotel necesita una remodelación completa. No lo recomiendo. For English speakers: My sincere opinion: I stayed 2 weeks in this hotel and it felt like a total disrespect to its guests. From the moment you enter the lobby, there’s a bad smell coming from the dirty carpet. The room I stayed in (the Kitchenette) had a broken stove and they never fixed it, even after I reported it. There was only hot water during the day, as if they turned it off in the afternoon. The bed is older than Christopher Columbus—you could feel the springs—and the pillows… oh my God! They were so thin and worn out that it was disgusting to even rest my face on them. The carpet on the floor was so dirty that just walking for a moment without sandals made my feet turn black. I spoke to the front desk receptionist, but she was more focused on her phone and never addressed my complaints: not the stove, not the pillows. This hotel needs a complete renovation. I do not recommend it.
