  We liked this hotel. The staff was great! Delicious breakfast. I would like to give a special shout out to Luz, who helped us at the front desk. She was super accommodating.

  Not too bad. They had no room until 3pm so I waited at the lobby along with many others. It was little upsetting that they refused to give the Wi-Fi password while waiting, I could have done some work (I mean I already paid the room and you'll give it in an hour anyway). Room was very basic. TV occasionally quit working so I had to restart. Wall unit heater worked okay. Shower was hot. Bed was okay. Breakfast was not bad. Took was clean. They also provided free shuttle to airport.

  If you’re looking to stay safe, nice and clean hotel and room this the perfect place to stay!! Is cozy, they have a laundry room, the rooms are fully equipped , spacious and very comfy, and is close to the airport, I got paid $110 for a night and was a great deal! I’ll Be back again someday if I ever visit Miami!!

  Very disappointed with my stay at Best Western Plus Miami Airport North Hotel & Suites. When I checked in, the room appeared like it had not been properly cleaned. The floors didn’t look vacuumed, there was dust and crumbs around the refrigerator, microwave, and under the nightstand, and there were visible spots on the furniture. Paint was chipped throughout the walls. Most concerning, there was debris next to the toilet, which raised serious sanitation concerns. The second floor, where we stayed, is currently under renovation. I understand renovations happen, but that does not excuse basic cleanliness. Regardless of construction, the room itself should have been properly cleaned and maintained. It was not. Management did send housekeeping after I complained and apologized, but the only compensation offered was 15%, later increased to 20%. For a room that appeared unclean and unsanitary upon arrival, 20% does not feel appropriate. To make matters more frustrating, the booking was made through my credit card’s travel service using my card, so now I also have to contact my credit card company to sort out the billing. This was not a minor inconvenience — it was a basic cleanliness failure. I cannot recommend staying here based on my experience.

  We had a very nice stay here while traveling through the Miami airport. the room was clean, updated, spacious and very comfortable. The front desk personnel were very helpful. the shuttle service to and from the airport was timely and efficient. We definitely would recommend this hotel if traveling through the Miami Airport.
