  Well, it was under construction. Pretty nasty. Even the room was a bit dirty. The fridge had mold. Surprising it was as expensive as it was. Miami must just be expensive. The staff sent us down the street to a gas station. Never mentioned we were walking through projects which hosted your expected local citizen guardians. It was a a tad scary. But, we survived with belongings in tact. Bottom line, bed was comfy and we'll never go back.

  We stayed at this hotel on December 3, 2025. The third floor was under construction, yet the hotel did not disclose this on their website or inform travel agents. Despite ongoing construction, they continued to book guests and place them on that floor, which I believe put customers at risk. My daughter stayed on the second floor with my mother while my fiancé and I were placed on the third floor. She was unable to visit us because I did not want her exposed to the strong fumes and chemicals present on that floor. The odors were so overwhelming that we could smell them inside our room. When I asked the front desk why we could not be moved, the staff member I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending. Overall, the room and experience were not worth the price being charged

  I'm not really the type of person to complain my stay here was okay the place is a little outdated but they're actually in the process of remodeling it so it looks tacky with the elevators having styrofoam on the walls you see different areas downstairs specially in the front where they have patched up a hole but then they didn't paint the ice machine was working the pool is about 6 ft deep it's a little small compared to next door beds were super comfy and breakfast was okay I feel like they should have more options for people who do not eat pork my only major complaint is that had I not been sitting in the bathtub I would not have seen the Ring of mold that is on the underside of the toilet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in some time I only stayed one night there are four floors and we stayed on the third floor an the whole entire building smells like strong paint fumes

  When I arrived the hotel looked decent from the outside. The hotel was under construction. The room was dated and looked like it was recently painted. Paint tape was still on the wall. Toilet seat was hanging on by one bolt. Rust was throughout the bathroom. The location wasn’t walkable. The manager was extremely rude with no customer service skills at all. The best part of my stay was interacting with a very nice Cuban lady that was serving breakfast. I will not be returning ever.

  We arrived at our room and discovered that the toilet did not work. I went to the front desk to inform them of this, I was handed a plunger and told 'Hopefully, you can fix it'. I actually did attempt to fix it, still wouldn't work. Tried the shower and that did not function either. Once again told the front desk, asked if there was another room we could move to. Told no, no other rooms available, I was also told I could not get a refund as we booked through Expedia. We checked their website, there was another room available. On the 4th round of talking with the front desk, she admitted there was another room but she still refused to move us. We had her call her manager, and we were finally given another room, no apology for the hour long ordeal. I would not recommend, terrible service and experience overall. I will also be submitting a complaint with the BBB.
