  I do not recommend this hotel. At check-in, we were informed that our reservation had supposedly been canceled a few days earlier. The hotel claimed this was due to a lack of prepayment, despite the fact that we had booked with the pay-at-the-property option. The hotel never informed us in any way that the reservation had been canceled. What is even more concerning, the reservation was still shown as active in the Booking.com app at the time of our arrival. Because all rooms were sold out, we were left without accommodation with two small children. At that time, due to a public holiday, there were no available hotel rooms anywhere in Miami. The manager, Mariano, tried to conceal the hotel’s mistake and shockingly suggested that we take a walk around Miami in the middle of the night with our children to look for another hotel. As a result, we were forced to spend the night in the hotel lobby, waiting for a room to become available the next day. This situation shows a complete lack of professionalism, responsibility, and basic concern .

  I left with the best impressions of the hotel itself, however I have been struggling for three whole weeks to get my deposit refunded. At check-out, I was assured that the refund had already been processed, yet three weeks later nothing has been received. They are completely unresponsive to emails. When I call, they keep reassuring me that the refund has been made, but they never provide any proof. No matter how positive your stay may be, situations like this completely overshadow the experience. If the matter is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to take legal action in order to recover my €800 deposit. For this reason, I would advise others to avoid this property.

  Das Personal am Empfang ist außerordentlich hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ein guter erster Eindruck. Die Lage ist gut und durch die Blocks sieht man das Meer. Die kostenlose Monorail ist in Sichtweite und die Stadt ist gut erreichbar. Die Zimmer gross und geräumig, aber ohne Geschirr. Hochwertige Pflegeprodukte im Badezimmer. Genug Stauraum. Das sind die guten Punkte. Schrecklich ist der Lärm in der Nacht. Einfach verglaste Fenster, dünne Wände zu den Nachbarzimmern. Von draußen Strassen- und Baulärm, drinnen der Föhn des Nachbarzimmers gut hörbar. Matrazen sind ok im Schlafzimmer. Die Couch ist für 1 Person ok oder 2 Kinder bis max. 10 Jahre. Unser Zimmer war dreckig auf dem Boden trotz Zimmerservice. Frühstück: keine Allergie- Auslobung. Problematisch für viele Gäste. Der Frühstücksraum ist ungepflegt, verdreckte Tische und völlig überfüllt. Das war an allen Tagen so. Toast, landestypische Bagels, Rührei, Kartoffeln, Buletten, 2 Sorten Müsli, Banane, Apfel, Saft, Kaffeeautomat. Eine kleine Auswahl ist nicht schlimm, aber die Qualität sollte stimmen. Hätten die Zimmer Lärm- isolierende Fenster, so wie die meisten Stadthotels und besser organisierte Frühstückssituation könnten man das Hotel empfehlen. Für uns leider nicht wieder. Wenn man keinen ruhigen Nachtschlaf hat und es beim Frühstück schon Stress bei der Sitzplatzsuche gibt, ist der Tag mühsam. Für 1-2 Nächte sicher ok.

  Hôtel extrêmement bien situé , dans le quartier prisé de Brickell. L’emplacement se partage avec un autre hôtel Indigo. Atwell dispose de suites placées entre le 16eme et le 22 eme étage, chambre très spacieuse , bien équipée et équipé. Ménage fait. Metro rail à 2min de marche Petit bémol : le débit d’eau chaude dans la SDB est très faible. Petit déjeuner très très simple et répétitif chaque jour.. Attention l’hôtel requiert une caution de 200$ lors du check-in

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I paid for a two bedroom suite in advance, yet when I arrived, I was told that there no connecting rooms available and I was assigned to two different rooms which later I realized were at Indigo hotel and not Atwell suites. There was no prior notice, no apology I was Given two separate rooms when the booking was for a two bedroom suite to accommodate a family. When I asked for an alternative solution there wasn’t other and when I asked for a refund it took two seconds for the manager to say “ refund “ and there was no apology from him at all! I end up staying with rooms allocated and thanks to Mariano who tried to find a better room since one of the rooms allocated was not in a good condition and it was extremely small! A hotel should honor confirmed reservations or at the very least communicate issues ahead of time. Unfortunately, this property failed on both counts. I won’t be staying here again, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and professional hotel experience. Lastly to hotel the manager : the fact that you have the hotel sold out does not mean that you should not care about a customer who paid in advance as requested and was tricked into something it was not the plan!!!own the mistake , apologize and try to fix it.
