  Bien ubicado, muy atentos en el servicio. Buenas y amplias habitaciones. Agregaría en la cocineta una pequeña parrilla, con accesorios para calentar comida. El servicio del estacionamiento es caro ($40 dlls/día).

  The hotel itself is ok. Not anything fantastic but ok. So i am not going to give it a 1 star. However, the way this hotel does business is shady and to get a problem fixed is impossible. I booked this hotel 3rd party and paid on that website, so when I checked in they said I was all paid for however I had to put a $200 deposit fee down. So I put the deposit down and they told me it would be given to me when I checked out. When I checked out, the women at the desk said she would be releasing my deposit and she also said however some banks may take 3-10 days to give it back. After three weeks of the money not being returned into my bank I tried to call. They have an automated machine and I selected the operator. However, when i was connected to operator it said No one is available and it brought me back to the loophole of choices. So I hung up and called my bank. The man at my bank told me that the deposit was never released by the hotel. So I tried the hotel again and was put on the same loophole. I finally just hit a random department to talk to a real person. That person took my information and said I have to talk to the front desk. They directed me back to the loophole of automated choices. So I gave up and tried again the next day. Once again I could not get a hold of anyone so I picked a random department and that person finally put me through guest relations. The woman took my information and told me that a manager would reach out to me in 24-48 hours to fix the problem, mind you it has already been three weeks and I still didn't receive my payment back. But I agreed so here is today and it's been 72 hours and no one has called me still. So for this, it made me not want to stay at one of their hotels again because obviously how they do business is really shady.

  Location was great even though across from a construction site.A lot to walk to for food, shopping and site seeing. Daily Parking fee was extreme. Each room had balconys which was nice.

  Hay varios motivos por los cuales, si no me dan respuesta, no creo que vuelva a hospedarme en este hotel. 1.Llegué el día 8 de noviembre por Booking, llegué y mi reservación no estaba, me lo solucionaron pero el día extra que pedí quedarme, me lo cobraron 416,75 usd, por una sola noche extra( tengo comprobante en home banking de mi tarjeta).( Más los 300 USD de depósito, que luego van a reintegrar) 2. Yo pagué por una habitación extra grande con sofá cama y resulta que me dieron una habitación que no cumple con esas características. 3.En el papel de bienvenida no figura ni un número donde llamar al front desk si uno tiene una emergencia. 4. En la habitación no había manta extra y realmente hizo mucho frío estos dias. Si hubiera tenido el sofá cama por el cual también pagué, la manta extra hubiera estado en la habitación. 5.Hable de esto con dos personas y no he tenido respuesta. Es más, les tuve que mostrar el comprobante de la tarjeta de crédito, porque parecían no creer en lo que les decía. De verdad una pena, siento que no valoran al cliente.

  Habitación muy amplia con zona de descanso, sala de estar y cocina básica. No tiene utensilios para cocinar pero sí se puede ir al 7Eleven que está a 50 metros y preparar algo en el microondas. Los cubiertos y servilletas los dan en recepción. El desayuno buffet es muy poco variado pero más que suficiente para el precio pagado.
