Really cool decorations, and a wonderful location in wynwood. Unfortunately, the room was so focused on how it looks that they forgot all about function. You can’t open a suitcase anywhere, there’s no room to walk around the bed, and the only countertop is super thin so you can’t fit anything. -1 star for the mandatory valet. $61/day to park a compact SUV but they are too cheap to staff someone at the stand.

We had originally booked a different hotel and had a terrible experience. Thankfully Arlo wynwood had a room available and after hearing our experience elsewhere the concierge went out of their way to get us a room we would love. Everything at arlo wynwood was perfect- clean rooms, valet, beautiful balcony views, location was perfect. We had an amazing stay and would definitely go back.

The hotel’s location and room dimensions are excellent; however, the experience was significantly impacted by a lapse in housekeeping and service recovery. On our final night, we discovered an old blood stain on the comforter that had been concealed in the tucked-in portion of the comforter. I brought up the issue during the check out process. While one staff member was professional and apologetic, another was dismissive, insisting the mark was merely an "old stain." When I asked if the type of stain—whether blood, wine, or fecal matter—actually mattered to their cleanliness standards, I was met with indifference. For a 4-star establishment, the suggestion that an "old stain" is acceptable for a guest to sleep in is concerning. The offer to waive a single night’s resort fee did not appropriately reflect the nature of the situation. I hope management reviews their quality control and ensures all staff handle guest concerns with the necessary professionalism and empathy. Update: What started as a disappointing housekeeping lapse has devolved into a complete failure of management. After my initial review, the hotel reached out to "apologize," but the resolution was insulting. Upon reviewing my final receipt, I found they only waived the urban fee for two nights of my four-night stay. When I questioned this, the justification provided was that bedding is changed every two days. The implication that a guest should only be compensated for the days the hotel intended to provide clean sheets—ignoring the fact that I was sleeping in a blood-stained bed for the duration of the stay—is staggering logic for a 4-star brand. Furthermore, despite several follow-ups to the Front Office Supervisor (Vanda), the Hotel Manager (Andres), and even Jennifer, I have been met with a complete wall of silence. I have attempted to call multiple times, only to be told managers are "unavailable," and my emails have gone ignored for five days. It is clear that Arlo Wynwood is more interested in "nickel-and-diming" guests over resort fees than addressing legitimate sanitation concerns or unprofessional staff behavior. If you value hygiene and basic professional accountability, look elsewhere.

I had a really nice stay here. The hotel is very clean and modern, which I loved. The location is perfect for exploring. It is right in the heart of the arts district, so you are within easy walking distance to all the best murals, bars, and galleries for a great night out in Wynwood. It is still a quick Uber ride away from Miami Beach, so it’s easy to get to the ocean when you want to. The front desk staff was very nice and made the whole process easy. Also, the restaurant inside the hotel is beautiful—the design is great and the food was very nice. I’m giving it 4 stars only because you aren't right on the beach, but if you want to be in the historical district of Miami, this is the spot! The beach is a trolley ride to the Metro Mover or an Uber away.

We had a fantastic stay at the Arlo in Wynwood. Fantastic and thoughtful service from valet to bartender to front desk. Jonnie at the bar at Wyn Wyn is an awesome host. Kitchen team at Wyn Wyn did a great job as well. We’ll definitely be returning whenever coming through Miami for a short trip again. Absolutely loved it. My only qualm was the amount of space in the room. I wish it had a little more space for clothing. Kind of had to live out of my suitcase for my few-nights stay, steaming things as I went instead of being able to do it all at once and let the clothes hang ready for me. For this reason, I don’t think I could stay for more than a few days at a time. Albeit the steamer was very nice.
