  - Bad location, not much close by to eat and shop. - Horrible shuttle service for airport pick up. We waited over 1.5 hours to be picked up, shuttle driver passed us and only “came around every hour” called the hotel 4 times for the shuttle and they kept giving the same excuse. Would not stay here again.

  The hotel was nice overall, convenient location if you're going to the cruise port. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and staff were friendly. The hotel itself didn't seem to be close walking distance to any restaurants. There is a restaurant in the hotel that we did eat at. It was okay but I would likely order food in if we were to stay at the hotel again. Aside from that I would still recommend the Best Western Coral Gables if you're going to the cruise port.

  Honest review. Breakfast is terrible and not free you have to pre paid and it's not worth it trust me. Rooms is also ok if your only staying one night. We stayed two and wished we would've picked a different hotel as this one looks newer but you can tell they remodeled and did a selective job. The lady at the front desk I think manager really made our safe more pleasant as she accommodated alot of our requests as we travel with our child. Overall we wont be back. This is one of the worst Best Westerns we've stayed at across the US. Only stay here if you have no other choice and you get a discount on price. The Breakfast is terrible. Only thing free is coffee and fountain water.

  Rooms are fine, but DO NOT use their shuttles to/from airport or cruise ship ports unless you’re ok waiting an hour or more. They operate one vehicle only and they give you bad instructions on where to pick it up. Pay the few extra bucks for a cab or ride share. Very unsatisfactory experience.
