  The room was very small, smelled bad, and was dirty.wasn't able to open the window to get fresh air. The bedding sheet and pillows are not comfortable for us. Since we arrived at 12 pm somehow we managed but breakfast was good.

  This was by far the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The carpet in our room had clearly not been properly cleaned—after walking barefoot on the first night, my son’s feet were completely black. Even after housekeeping visited, the carpet was never vacuumed and still had visible crumbs. Housekeeping itself was extremely minimal, limited to just making the bed and cleaning the bathroom. It did not meet even basic expectations for a comfortable stay. Another major issue was the so-called “high-speed” internet, which was incredibly slow. When we asked about it, staff explained that it slows down when many guests are using it. This made it difficult to rely on for anything important and added to the overall frustration. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.

  Valor por precio la verdad que es un hotel bastante malo, en mi estancia de 1 semana se estropeo el internet y tenia que trabajar con datos, el primer dia no me hicieron la habitación no se muy bien porque, no les debio de dar tiempo. El desayuno deja muchisimo que desear. Pague alrededor de 150$ la noche y por ese precio se pueden encontrar mucho mejores, la verdad que no volvería a este hotel ni con el dinero de otro. Eso si la gente en recepción muy maja, razón por la que no le pongo 1/5 en service.

  The rooms are overpriced. The pros are the location of the hotel to restaurants, shops, mall, and the expressway. Cons: Our room smelled wet and dingy, so did the hallway on the floor we stayed. The curtain was very dirty and we found a hair weave clip attached to it. Which initially looked like a giant spider! The curtains also block the A/C flow of the air into the room and the A/C vent is non-adjustable. There aren't many outlets to plug in chargers for phone/computer. The bathroom is also quite small. Luckily we only stayed one night.
