- VSVagner Santoro4 days ago5.0Nice executive hotel, lots of spaces, clean and ALIVE…. Very efficient staff (the call center are not here….soooo do not judge the hotel stay for the bad call center respond)… Hotel surrounded by many great restaurants… check my other reviews for suggestions.
- AMAlicia MonrabalApr 18, 20265.0My sons baby shower had to be changed last minute due to unexpected bad weather (3 days before event). I called the hotel and spoke with Linda the event planner. To say she was phenomenal it’s an understatement. She helped me plan the event in two days and even advised on how to save money. The food was delicious, the service excellent and my son and daughter in law were delighted. I will also share their prices are very good. I rarely write reviews but this experienced deserved the highlight.

The hallways are very noisy and unfortunately the location puts the hotel right under the flight path for the busy opa-locka airport. I was very disappointed in the front desk. Never more than one person at the desk and I was locked out of my room due to a key failure. I stood in line for almost 20 minutes, waiting for help. There was no apology for the wait, no apology for the key failure. They were other people in line that were getting upset at the wait. The hotel is very understaffed.

Beautiful balcony in all rooms w view to their wonderful green grounds. Plenty of great restaurants, boutiques, bars that literally steps away. Publix super market , CVS across the street. Quiet, comfortable. Great and friendly staff. Room service daily. Free parking. Hot water (although pressure was a little low). Exceptional for a reasobable price. Tv was good size and had tv cable. Rooms are gigantic and included mini fridge, closet, iron.
