TVs are very very old, barely functional. I tried to hook up my Apple TV device and it wasn’t working properly, and I use it in every hotel I go to.
Hot water around 9am was terrible

Glad I stayed! I’ve been staying here for years. I ALMOST didn’t come here this time because of the current google reviews.
No reliable hot water in shower!!
I’m on the road 150 days a year. This hotel is on par with any of the other ones. Free breakfast, not just a fitness room but an entire 2 story fitness club with complimentary access with your room key. Beautiful campus. The facility was built in the 80s or 90s… maintenance is good. Some updates have been made. SUPER convenient location. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I’m glad I stayed here.

Had a very uncomfortable 9 night stay here
If I was on holiday I would have left after the first night but had to stay due to my partners work.
So this is a review from someone who had time to see the issues.
Firstly check in , the staff were nice and friendly so no issues there
The room: the room was cleaned as well as it could be, cleaners tried their best however the room was damp and had a permanent smell of damp clothing. The first few days we're a little humid and the high polished floor was covered in a thin film of damp making it slippery and dangerous.
Everything we owned felt damp to touch , when I got home everything hand to be washed as the smell of damp was unbearable. You never felt clean.
There was wall paper in the bathroom, which was peeling off never seen this before .
Next , the bed was lumpy and had a dip in the middle, worst there was no real bedding only thin sheets, which had seen better days.
Then there was a old blanket ( as it was January) this was scratchy and reminded me of the ones they used to have in the 1980s hospitals when I stayed as a kid or the blankets you put in a dog beds. Nothing was comfortable, and I've never stayed in even a cheap motel that don't have some bedding .
We ended up sleeping in jumpers just for some sort of warmth and comfort
I ended up going to Walmart and buying a blanket to stay warm and for some comfort overnight.
I dreaded going to bed simply as I knew how uncomfortable I would be, and was exhausted as we got very little sleep.
There was very little natural light and the room lighting was poor.
The shower ran hot and cold.
The pool was ok, nice area, but no pool towels, which is odd in Florida, and for a hotel which tries to mimic a resort.
The vending machine was always empty.
Breakfast was chaotic ! Poor quality coffee, juice was acidic and they had what I call the "no egg, egg"
It was just an awful experience as they had a large restaurant but crammed all the breakfast buffet into a tiny space. All the food was poor quality.
Restaurant/ bar. We did have a few nice items on the happy hour menu and most of the staff were good. We decided as a group to eat one night at the bar. The food wasn't great, lots of bland pasta and over cooked , cold chicken wings. The server had an attitude and got lots of the order incorrect.
They had the Aircon in the public areas which was freezing like it was July, but it was January, so that impacted the temperature and made it even more uncomfortable.
There was a lot of free good parking though, which was great .
We were at the back of the hotel next to the car park
The ground keeper staff decided to use the leaf blowers around 9am. So if you were sleeping in ..... You weren't !!! They blowed the leaves back and forth to each other , which just made noise !
I wouldn't stay here, it's not really a 3* hotel. On the surface and in the public areas it's ok , but the room was like a cheap motel.
There was a group of us who stated their rooms were as low quality.
