Posting this review after giving the hotel over two weeks to respond to my email. I have received no reply or phone call.
We booked one room with two beds. Prior to check-in, my name was added to the reservation. Upon arrival, hotel staff incorrectly split our booking into two separate rooms, despite both guests repeatedly explaining that only one room had been reserved.
Throughout the stay, our room keys stopped working multiple times. A manager acknowledged this was a hotel system error and assured us it would be resolved. Despite this, we were later told we had to pay for a second room or vacate immediately, even though the mistake was clearly not ours.
When we attempted to leave, we were told we could not access our belongings unless payment was made. We even offered to pay for one night only, which was refused.
I was promised a call from the daytime manager on 12/29, which never happened, and a follow-up email was ignored. We were ultimately charged extra due to hotel error. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Hotel tranquilo. Volvería definitivamente

Well, I’m shocked. I booked this based on reviews. It is not what I expected at all. Poor location. Poor room. I came for the gym and what looked like a decent clean room. The floors are buckled. There are ants. The sink is broken. There is a coffee maker in the room with one paper cup. Check
In was at 4. The gym closed at 3. Didn’t mention that at all when it was booked. Not impressed at all. Would like a partial or even full refund. I should have requested a refund within 2 minutes of checking in. Don’t stay here.

Replying to Management response:
Dead bed bugs dont crawl sir. Nice try though
Also your pest control "specialist" should have told you this is a baby bed bug.
If you care about your property , get a second opinion..

Good reviews online - yes, but read on please:
Had to stay in Miami last minute. Booked a room at 11 PM on Saturday (expedia) and made our way to the hotel.
Lobby area seems to have been recently renovated, looks clean and modern.
Once you check in , the room is a different story; outdated, corroded aluminum on the window frames , you know, like an old hotel - thats fine, we'll live
Hair on the bathroom floor - Fine.. we will live
BED BUGS CRAWLING ON THE MATTRESS - NOPE! We were out five minutes after check in.
Told front desk about the issue and asked for a different room , which was not available .
I informed them I will not put my kids' health or mine at risk. And I will leave.
They told me a manager will contact me regarding a refund Monday morning.
Monday comes. No one calls. So I call Expedia and they call the hotel on my behalf.
Manager refused to refund us, and wanted to uphold hotel's cancelation policy (one night stay + tax) which is the full amount since we were only gonna stay one night and head out home in the morning
I call the hotel myself and i am transferred to the Manager Gilbert , he said (with attitude) "we had the room checked and found no bed bugs like you said" so basically calling me a liar. I offered to send him the photos I took so he gave me his email address. I sent him the pictures.
He never replied....
Probably because he realized I was right.
Save yourself the trouble (and the infestation of your belongings) go somewhere else
(See photos of bed bug)
Also found a mysterious charge from them the following day of $45.63 ..
(there was a charge for the room rate by Expedia $179, and a $100 deposit charged by the hotel for incidentals which I was informed of by front desk at check-in)
Do not stay here. Plenty of other places in the area
