  The staff made up for some of the upgrades needed for this hotel which I believe they are working on. Front desk greeted me with a smile & valet parking service was impressive! I did not have cash for tips & all of them waved me off saying ‘not necessary’. Gaston helped me to my room with my work equipment, luggage etc. once again, no cash. He was excellent & offered information about local places to get food, coffee & to visit.

  Agata and Quervie delivered truly impeccable service from start to finish. Their attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism made the entire experience feel seamless and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and it did not go unnoticed. A special thank you as well to Oscar in the dining room, who continued that same level of excellence. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. This team sets the standard for outstanding hospitality. Highly recommend!

  Nice place to stay. Service is excellent here. Everyone was very welcoming. Special mention for Laura and Willy in valet. They were awesome. I left my car in the driveway for longer than I had expected when checking in, and Laura came inside to ask for my keys to move my car to the side while I finished. I really should not have left my car where I had left it, but she was polite and kind when retrieving my key. Dan at the outside bar was very friendly. We talked about baseball and other things while I sipped on my cocktails. He made a special drink for me that was delicious.

  First the good: location and beach access is great. They gave us 2 complementary beach chairs and an umbrella. The bad: old outdated hotel. If you enjoy rolling the dice when you shower between getting “peeling flesh” hot and “polar plunge” cold, this is your hotel! If you enjoy workouts in a room with leaks and smell of mold with a dirty floor, this is your hotel! If you enjoy waiting for service at the front desk while 5 staff members are all together trying to solve one minor issue for another guest, this is your hotel!

  We were welcomed from the moment we stepped onto the property. Lobby is spacious and very clean. Music played and gave you the feeling of "vacation here we come!" Haydee, at the Front Desk, made check-in very easy and told us about the shopping nearby. Our room was lovely, VERY clean! We had a beautiful ocean view and Jose, the Floor Manager, was always willing to help with anything that we needed. Breakfast was great. Anna greeted us every morning and was so wonderful. I had a tummy ache one morning and she made me mint leaves and hot water to soothe it. She made me feel at home. Now onto the pool and beach - stunning views, clean, and very relaxing atmosphere. We had a family vacation so I was worried that the hotel might be full of party animals but no. Was peaceful. There are umbrellas and chairs at the beach. Andy didnt see a good spot for us so he drilled a hole in the sand and gave us a front row seat! I cannot thank Mr. Luis Arellano and his staff enough. Amazing memories. <3
