The overnight desk agent was also incredible — I got back super late from events and asked about a late checkout, and she couldn’t have been more helpful. I even came back another time just to park because the staff was that good. Truly great service all around.

MENTIRA!! não estornam O valor , que por sinal muito caro que a hospedagem $400,00 dolares!! Não teve limpeza do quarto, e chuveiro quebrado e com vazamento de água no banheiro! Alem disso, quando fiz a reserva inclua café da manhã, mas chegando lá, me informaram que era pago a parte! Sem contar que o valor da taxa para estacionamento de veículos é de quase $50,00 dolares por dia ( 45,00 + tx ) Com relação a piscina, o elevador que leva até lá estava quebrado, e fiquei lá nos dias 24 até 28 de outubro de 2025, com temperaturas chegavam a 30 graus e muito sol e mesmo assim fui informada que a piscina estava “fechada” por conta do vento! Péssima experiência, não recomendo! Aquela história que o barato saiu caro! Com as taxas em 4 diárias R$2.613,00 de taxas R$2.151,88 estacionamento R$ 1.200,00 totalizando quase 6 mil reais em um hotel ruim! Isso para 1 adulto e 1 criança!
