Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights and was in love with the amenities and proximity to the beach! Leo, Cesar, Martina and all of the others that worked there were so helpful and polite. The elevators were having some mishaps but they were constantly working tirelessly to get them up and running. Cannot recommend this cute, feel of a boutique hotel with great location, staff, and pricing ❤️❤️❤️

Jedzenie śniadaniowe smaczne choć mały wybór.
Lokalizacja bardzo fajna, blisko oceanu. Drugi rząd hoteli od wody.
Obsługa w recepcja i na śniadaniu pomocna, uprzejma i bardzo miła.
Niestety jakość sprzątania tragiczna. Po tygodniu na podłodze latały włosy, koty kurzu, kurze wszędzie na meblach i w łazience. Zapominano o wymianie ręczników, trzeba się prosić o papier toaletowy, bo obsługa nie zostawia w pokoju następnej rolki.
Sami sobie sprzątaliśmy podłogę, bo po 7 dniach chodzilibyśmy jak po plaży, tyle piachu.
Niestety odradzam. ☹️
Definitely the worst stay I've had with the Hilton. The service was not great. The only good thing was it's location.
During our 2 nights stay, one elevator out of the two was down the entire time. Not to mention how slow and small both elevators are. We had to drag our suitcases over stairs to get to the only working elevator.
Valet was also extremely slow and sometime we had to wait 15-20minutes to get our vehicle back.
When we got to our room, the floor was dirty and bathroom had other people's hair. We let the front desk know about the situation. After they completed their redemption cleaning, i went to check the bathroom. They do not scrub/wash the shower wall from the waist up.
The second time we notified front desk, they apologized and offered 15k points. We were promised that it will be clean for sure next time the cleaning staff stop by. After the second redemption cleaning, the hair was still there. One of the hand towel actually came with someone else's hair again.
The third time we notified the front desk, they said they are "aware" of their cleanliness needing to improve and as mentioned before we received 15k points. Not sure why that means I need to lower my expectations for hilton because I spent 160k points to stay here.
Maybe if the issue was brought up third time, someone higher up should be notified and involved. One of the time we walked up to the front desk, they had someone else's profile opened and we could see it clearly from our point of view. There was no one there and we were waiting 4 or 5 minutes. Guest's private information should be prioritized as well. On the screen it had their name, address, and other informations that I wouldn't want mine to be exposed.
The pictures are provided to show that other people's hair stuck in the shower wall. No one in our party had curly hair. As I'm leaving to check out, those hair are still in the room.

Una verdadera decepción , realmente me siento estafada y no entiendo como algunas opiniones les hayan dado tan buena calificación . Nos alojamos con mi marido para las fechas de fin de año. La habitacion que nos tocó, a pesar de que tengo categoría Gold en Hilton era diminuta, no había espacio ni para abrir el equipaje tampoco espacio de guardado solo un mueble inútil ya que no se podía abrir porque la cama estaba al lado. El hotel con ocupación completa, durante los seis días que nos alojamos funcionó sólo un ascensor que usábamos huéspedes y trabajadores con las consecuentes demoras . El agua del lavabo y de la ducha salía escasamente y con mínima presión. Enchufes que no funcionaban Obras en la azotea y como estábamos en el último piso los ruidos se sentían prácticamente dentro de la habitación , increíble que estén trabajando y no avisen antes de reservar la estadía. Rogar para que nos hicieran la habitación, si no lo pedías , no la hacían . A las 10 de la mañana se terminaban las sillas de playa ( a pesar que el cobro del resort fee lo incluía) . El valet parking siempre con demoras . El wifi tampoco funcionaba . Una verdadera pesadilla la estadía , creo que Hilton tendrá que evaluar esta propiedad , 4 estrellas ??? Relación calidad- precio pésima. Una estafa !

Nice location. They need to take care better the hotel.The hall was dirty with some papers, water bottle caps. Maintenance,cleaners nor from the hotel's staff pick them. It stayed that way the whole day, nobody cares. In the room, one of the lamps bulb was burnt and the blind for the bathroom was broken, we put some towels for privacy because we couldn't close it. Also some of outlets were broken, so we have to use another ones, very inconvenient. The water to take a shower didn't have enough pressure. I hope the manager could do a better job to please guests, the location to the beach is excellent, as well as to the other shopping stotes and restaurants.
