The front desk team signed for the packages and kept everything safe until we checked in. We’d requested an early check-in so we could decorate, and Frankie at the concierge went above and beyond: he walked me through all the options over the phone and even came in on his day off to make sure the room was set up exactly as discussed. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Thanks for making our celebration effortless and memorable!

Vaket parking service was a breeze. The rooms were beautiful and the view from the city facing balconies was stunning. Prices were fair for the area. Overall, a very nice Hilton experience and highly recommended!
