  Enjoyed my 2 day stay here - this is a perfect property to use your Hilton Aspire Card perks! The property is on the older side but it’s very well kept and you have all the top tier hotel perks if you need people to help you with bags, want room service dining, concierge, etc. I was upgraded to a partial ocean view suite through Hilton’s eStandby upgrade program and it was well worth an extra $98/nt. I loved having a full kitchen as I prefer buying some groceries for some meals. There was also a terrace with an awesome view of South Beach.

  Liked: great location, good use of free night cert, room upgrades for Diamond members, no late checkout (busy season), but they let us use the property all day- used showers In locker room. Disliked: older property that has been converted into a hotel. Service at breakfast was underwhelming ( nice folks, but way understaffed). Would i stay again? Absolutely- great use of points/ free night stay cert. Was able to do a split checkout so I could use multiple Amex biz platinum credits.

  Wow, more than I expected, every staff member went above and beyond the call of duty, Andre at the fron t desk made our day , diamond upgraded to full suite, rooms spotless and large, location is at the end of the strip. Bit still close enough to shops and eateries, breakfast was also great, didn't skimp on food.

  I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday and once again I was very delighted by my Hilton Stay. It idefinitely pays to remain loyal to a brand! With my Diamond status, I was able to be upgraded to a fantastic suite that was beyond luxurious and elegant overlooking beautiful south beach. I could watch every cruise ship sail out to sea if I wanted. The moment I checked in, the valet, Hernan was very helpful! Greeting me with a huge smile on his face, he acted like I was his friend he had not seen for years. The Poole side attendant Ryan was also sweet and laid-back and a smooth operator for sure, as he arranged my lounger just as requested. Andre, who I believe is the front desk manager was also very helpful, polite, and courteous. I expressed my disappointment for the outdoor Jacuzzi spa not working, and he apologized profusely. Since he was instrumental in my upgraded room, and delivery of complimentary champagne, cake, and signed card to my room, I did not give him a hard time, I knew it wasn't his fault. The food at the Santorini restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious. I think the drinks are overpriced, but it is South Beach so not unexpected. There is a happy hour from 3 PM to 5 PM if you want to indulge at that time for half the price. The location is perfect, you can walk to iconic locations and beautiful restaurants. Nikki beach is right next-door if you want to join an all day pool party. I also enjoyed the inclusion of 2 loungers at the beach with an umbrella and bottled water! Overall, my stay in this beautiful hotel was delightful. I highly recommend it and I cannot wait to return.

  Well well well, old musty wanna be like your grandpas house, but much worse. But that’s not the worst the restaurant Santorini by Giorgio‘s has 4.7 stars! I wouldn’t let my dog eat that crap. Food was horrendous. My wife had the chicken Gyro tasted like like fish oil all over it. With some cheap mayo sauce… are you kidding me? Don’t even ask what they served me it just makes me wanna cry. $200 later Que sera sera
