  As a Hilton Diamond member who has stayed at many Hilton properties, I can confidently say this was by far one of the most seamless stays I’ve ever had. From start to finish, everything was flawless with zero issues, excellent communication, spotless rooms, and consistent daily service. The Gale Hotel Curio Collection is exceptionally well operated and perfectly located in the heart of South Beach. It’s a great option for families as well as mature travelers looking for comfort while being close to everything. A special thank you to Manager Rudy for taking such great care of my family during our 10 day stay. His professionalism and attention truly made a difference. We couldn’t thank him enough. Highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again

  If you like to party till 4 am this is the hotel for you. I like to sleep when I pay 400 dollars room. The music from the club in the BASEMEMT echos through the whole hotel till 4AM! You are now warned. Don’t blame me when you book here and cannot sleep.

  As a frequent traveler, this place is closer to a Hampton inn than a curio collection hotel. The room was tired and not well cleaned or maintained. The staff were nice but checking in was slow and clunky. The door to the water closer was broken which is awkward when traveling with other people. But the worst part….apparently they use the restaurant/ bar area as a nightclub type setup till late hours of the evening. Well with the zero sound proofing, that is just not conducive to sleep. As a hotel, the whole sleep thing should be first priority and not generating more income via whatever night club experience they are trying to pull off. This has been,without a doubt, the most disappointing stay In my 12+ years of Hilton related travel.

  I stayed at the Gale Hotel South Beach for two nights in room 413 and left with serious concerns. After the first night, I woke up with multiple insect bites concentrated on the left side of my body. By the second morning, I had 20–30 bites, all of which appeared only after sleeping in the hotel bed. I had no bites prior to my stay, and no new bites appeared after I left. While I cannot confirm the exact insect, the timing and circumstances strongly indicate the source was the bed. Photos are attached for reference. The room itself showed clear signs of neglect. Upon check-in, there was a slight mildew odor and unexplained stains on the curtains, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. Unfortunately, I was already late to a scheduled meeting shortly after checking in and was unable to request a room change at the time. Given my schedule over the next two days, addressing the issue in real time wasn’t feasible. I attempted to resolve this responsibly by contacting the hotel directly before posting publicly. I reached out via email to the General Manager, James D’Agostino, twice, and received no response. If you care about room cleanliness, basic hygiene, or responsive management, I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. This experience raised serious health and safety concerns and was handled poorly from start to finish.

  Issues started with a stained pillow case then downhill from there. Hairdryer was broken, phones didnt work had to text or call front desk with cell phones. Security is lax anyone can enter the hotel anytime. Our 4th floor was accessible to non hotel guests although they fixed this after we complained. Our sink on the bathroom didnt drain, the faucet in the bathrooms didnt shut off. They have a club on the lower level and the music was so loud we couldn't sleep even though we were on the 4th floor. Coffee was bad milk for coffee was dated, the valet told us give them 10 minutes for our car it was more than 20 and they had to personally drive me to their garage to revive my car and this made us very late for dinner. On a positive note the manager and front desk manager and desk clerk were very nice and easy to work though these issues. We stayed here a few years ago and this place has really declined. We won't be back.
