I called front desk to complain but she didn’t seem to care and they didn’t lower the music like she said she would ask them to do. This is a bad place go stay if you want to actually relax or sleep. I guess it is cool for beach access? Valet was cool. 5 stars. Hotel. 1 star.

The only issue was at the back of the hotel is a night club which plays loud music until 4am so we only got 2 hours sleep each night. If you stay at the hotel try and get a room on 4th floor at the front of the hotel. Our room was towards the back and on one side of the building. We were on floor 2. Apart from that is was a good place to stay.

I’m a Hilton honors member and paid $200 for the room but honestly it’s not worth $100. Dolce Italian is closed for renovations so there is no restaurant or bar on property. You have access to the Sagamore across the street that has beach access which is acceptable - that’s it. Skip this hotel until it’s renovated or torn down .

The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very kind and genuinely tried to help and resolve any issues. Breakfast was a nice touch — good coffee, eggs with potatoes, and a super friendly server. There’s even a partial ocean view from the rooftop deck, and the location is great — an easy walk to everything. However, this property does not feel like a true 4-star hotel, and it’s unclear why it carries the Curio brand, especially when compared to the Hotel del Coronado. We were disappointed to find that the main restaurant facing Collins Street was under construction — we had been looking forward to relaxing there after our days out. The lounge on the other side was closed as well, and even the front coffee bar wasn’t open. We were not informed about the remodeling when we booked well in advance. Our room had a spacious patio, but the daybed needed cleaning. My side of the bed had no nightstand, and overall, the room could have used a deep clean. Unfortunately, the value didn’t match the experience. Thank you anyway, and best of luck to the team.
