Occupying the former shells of two Miami Beach Art Deco icons – the Tudor Hotel and Palmer House – Dream South Beach Miami thrives today as a sexy, fashion-inspired boutique lodging that proves style and service don’t have to be mutually exclusive. Our hip 108-room hotel is located in the heart of South Beach at Collins Avenue and 11th Street, nestled against the former Versace Mansion and a mere 50 yards from the beach.
The hotel is praised for its excellent location, being close to the beach and various restaurants.

We stayed at Dream for our honeymoon in February 2023 and had a blast! The front desk and concierge teams were fanatic- super informative, quick to help with any issues, and very nice. The rooms were spotless and pretty. The restaurant (Naked Taco) and the bar on the roof were delicious and service was great. The pool and pool equipment were well maintained and relaxing. The beach was also great!
Dream is also located in a gorgeous area (Art Deco district) and surrounded by quality restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.
There is no free parking at Dream (or really anywhere else in south beach) so you can either pay valet parking $45/day or you can use a parking garage. We used a parking garage on 13th street which also featured charging for electric vehicles.
Quick heads up- there are no coffee makers or mini fridges in the room, but you can ask the front desk to bring you a mini fridge. We bought bottles iced coffee from a corner store nearby.
All in all, an amazing vacation and a wonderful honeymoon! A huge thank you to the Dream team for making our trip so great.

Excellent location as it is a 2 minutes walk to ocean drive. Perfect for a weekend of fun. My only challenge is that there were no windows that open or balconies. So it can gets claustrophobic. However...its value for money as you are smack in the middle of the action and all you need for a weekend of fun is within walking distance. No cabs needed!

Met a friend here for a sunny weekend and had a great stay. The staff are friendly, the rooms beautifully designed, and the roof a great party spot. Dream is situated in a perfect place to be walking distance to loads of fun dining and dancing.
