  Det absolut bästa med det här hotellet var dess fantastiska medarbetare. Alla vi stötte på var otroligt serviceminded och vi fick direkt en mycket bra känsla av hela hotellet som kompenserade andra saker såsom väldigt lyhört (man hör grannarna prata genom väggarna) och en rätt ofräsch soffa i rummet som man inte ville röra. Vi såg att hotellet hade fyra stjärnor så vi var nog mentalt förberedda på ett mycket fräschare hotell men i det stora hela så gjorde det inget. Personalen var FANTASTISK och hjälpte oss med allt som vi någonsin behövde med ett stort leende på läpparna. Håll hårt i er personal för tack vare dem så lämnade vi med en god känsla av att vi absolut skulle kunna tänka oss att komma tillbaka hit. Läget är också helt fantastiskt, frukosten mycket bra och överlag ett ställe som vi varmt kan rekommendera till alla som vill upptäcka South Beach. Men ställ in er på att det är rätt slitet och gammalt och inte som ett fyrstjärnigt hotell som ni kanske är vana vid. Wifi fungerade också mycket bra utan problem för oss även fast jag läst att andra kanske haft problem med det.

  Me hospedé con mi familia y fue una experiencia muy linda. El hotel tiene un estilo moderno con detalles clásicos que le dan mucha personalidad. Desde el ingreso se siente un ambiente cálido y bien cuidado. La habitación era amplia, cómoda para todos y muy limpia, algo fundamental cuando uno viaja con chicos. Las áreas comunes están muy bien mantenidas y hay espacios ideales para relajarse después de un día de paseo. El personal fue siempre amable y predispuesto, ayudándonos con recomendaciones y resolviendo cada consulta con buena actitud. Fue una estadía tranquila, cómoda y perfecta para disfrutar en familia. Sin dudas lo tendría en cuenta para volver.

  Me alojé sola por vacaciones y fue una experiencia excelente. Buscaba un lugar cómodo, bien ubicado y tranquilo, y cumplió con todas mis expectativas. Desde el check-in todo fue ágil y cordial, lo que ya me dio una muy buena impresión. La habitación tenía una decoración moderna, estaba impecable y muy bien equipada. Me encantó poder descansar en un ambiente silencioso después de pasar el día recorriendo y disfrutando. Además, el personal siempre fue muy amable, brindando recomendaciones y ayudando con todo lo que necesité. Fue el equilibrio perfecto entre confort y buena atención. Volvería sin dudarlo para otra escapada.

  Nos alojamos con mi familia y la experiencia fue muy linda. El lugar tiene un estilo moderno con detalles artísticos que le dan mucha personalidad. La ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos de la playa y rodeado de opciones para pasear y salir a comer, lo que facilitó mucho nuestros días. La habitación era cómoda y bien distribuida para estar todos juntos. La limpieza fue constante y el ambiente agradable. Disfrutamos especialmente la piscina, que fue el punto de encuentro después de cada jornada de playa. El personal siempre se mostró amable y predispuesto a ayudar, algo que se valora mucho cuando se viaja en familia. Fueron días de descanso y disfrute que sin duda repetiríamos.

  The front desk staff is super nice and we’re extremely helpful! The location is great, however, the hotel is definitely old and needs some maintenance. The vintage charm is cute, but the elevator is very small (holds 2 people with luggage comfortably, but not big enough for more than that), the floors are very uneven and everything rolls, and while the bathroom in our room is large, the shower curtain didn’t reach the floor and there was no edge so water would flood the bathroom after every shower. We had to request towels multiple times just to dry the floors. The bathroom sink was small and there was no vanity or space to get ready. There were no outlets near the mirrors so I had to use my phone as a mirror to do my hair. The room was clean when we arrived, but stunk of bleach so bad we had to open the windows the first night. The couch was very stained so we did not use it. Our room was located right next to the housekeeping closet, which was unfortunate since we were woken up by loud talking from them very morning. There was no microwave in the room, which is okay, just something to note. The beach towels, beach chairs, and complimentary drinks at the bar were definitely a plus and made the onsite resort fee worth it. If you can get a good deal here, it feels like you’re getting good value for your money. As long as you have the mindset that you are paying for the location and not the accommodations, this is good choice for a quick trip to South Beach!
