  On arrival the reception staff were not the most helpful at all and appeared disinterested. We stayed in a penthouse room and this was ok with good views and facilities. The rooftop pool needs some attention and appears to be somewhat run down. Again the gentleman on the bar was less than helpful. The location is good, only one block from south beach. The courtyard area is dirty and definitely needs a refurb. The orange tree restaurant was lovely and the staff were so helpful. Maybe they could train the hotel staff. We wouldn’t stay here again

  Terrible hotel, be ready to be scammed or robbed as you are on the mercy of hotel staff to downgrade your room while charging for expensive rooms. Emma Roberts is the manager who is not available to talk, only way to reach out is via email that too they never reply. Rooms are outdate with shower draining getting jammed. Please try to avoid this hotel if you want to avoid any hotel related headache.

  This place is fraudulent and will scam you out of your security deposit!!!! Please stay away!! If I could give no stars I would! I have been calling and emailing this hotel for weeks to figure out why I still haven’t received my incidentals back from a stay almost a month ago and NO ONE has reached out to me!! Not one person! The front desk never answers the phone. This has given me extreme anxiety. I paid almost $500 in fees and I haven’t received a penny back. I did not utilize any of their amenities and yet an erroneous charge of $102.00 was added with no explanation of why. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. The 1 star reviews are absolutely true. I don’t know how they are receiving anything more than 1 star because this is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. I have gotten better hospitality at the Red Roof Inn!!!

  We stayed at the Boulan for Miami Basel week in 2024 and it was an excellent stay. This year we were not so pleased, they gave us a much smaller suite with a mattress that had to be replaced (it was so old the hotel did it immediately). The best part of this place is the full kitchen; we didn’t have a working refrigerator and instead were given a small college dorm room fridge. We would actually be okay with these adjustments if the hotel staff maintainenance guy

  ATTENTION , regardez bien les avis, ils sont tous FAUX ! Il y a parfois 10 avis le même jour, et chose étonnante, ce sont souvent des comptes qui ont juste 2 ou 3 avis et tous les comptes ont fréquentés les mêmes établissement. Je vais le signaler à Google. Nous avons vécu une expérience absolument déplorable dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été froid et peu professionnel. Nous avions réservé un appartement avec cuisine, mais nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une simple kitchenette… équipée uniquement d’un micro-ondes. Attention si vous cochait "cuisine" sur les site de réservation, ca peut être juste un microonde, il faut vérifier les équipements mis à dispo. Pour obtenir une véritable cuisine, nous avons dû payer 25 $ supplémentaires. On nous a fourni une cafetière avec 4 dosettes : un mot précisait que seules les deux premières étaient gratuites, les deux autres étant facturées 2 $ chacune. Malgré le fait que nous n’en ayons consommé que deux, nous avons tout de même été facturés ! Deux bouteilles d’eau étaient également mises à disposition… à 9 $ l’unité. Quand on paie 250 $ la nuit, c’est juste honteux. Le pire est arrivé pendant la nuit. Logés au 2ᵉ étage, nous avions entrebâillé la baie vitrée pour avoir un peu d’air. À 4 h du matin, nous avons été réveillés par un voleur juste à côté de notre lit. Nous avons crié, il s’est enfui. À la réception, aucune excuse, aucune empathie, pas même une question pour savoir comment nous allions. On nous a simplement proposé de finir la nuit dans une autre chambre. Nous avons dû insister pour obtenir le remboursement de la nuit, qui a finalement été accordé. La manager, quant à elle, s’est montrée hautaine, désagréable, et n’a fait aucun effort pour parler plus simplement alors que l’anglais n’est pas notre langue maternelle. La piscine sur le rooftop est plutôt agréable, avec transats et beds… mais bien entendu, si vous voulez profiter des beds, c’est encore payant. En résumé, un hôtel dont le seul objectif semble être d’extorquer le maximum d’argent à ses clients, sans aucun sens du service ni du respect. À éviter absolument.
