  Staff is friendly, but there are a few issues with this hotel. #1 our shower did not get hot water. The sinks had hot water, just not the shower. #2 the refrigerator in our room kept malfunctioning and beeping because it wasn’t staying cold. This was very disruptive to our sleep. #3 the blackout curtains do not go all the way across the wall, so there is considerable light leak from the window. #3 one side of the closet door was broken, so I had to go through the other side and walk to the end of the closet to retrieve the ironing board and iron. Not a huge deal, but worth noting.#4 The shower door doesn’t seal, so tons of water ends up on the bathroom floor when showering. #4 the rooms are ok, but they definitely could use a fresh up The walls are dinged up pretty badly, furniture is dirty and damaged. #5 the shower could have been cleaned better. There was black mold on the hardware for the door and along some of the tile seams. #6 BE AWARE THAT THE RESORT FEE WILL BE CHARGED SEPARATELY FROM YOUR RESERVATION. Don’t be fooled by the price of your reservation. You will get an additional charge after you leave.

  Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I would definitely return.

  From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The room was spacious and quiet, and the overall atmosphere felt very upscale. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

  Hit the rooftop pool for a beautiful day in the sun with the best bartender, JJ! Delicious drinks and fantastic service! Worth the stay! The Paradise Bliss and Boulan Punch 🍹is delicious!

  STAY AWAY. We prepaid for their most expensive room. They gave the room to someone else. Front desk, said, "sorry there is nothing we can do". Only after 30 minutes and manager showing up. did they offer us a "cheaper room" and offered to give us 20% back. (It's been one week and still no refund) . (I found out from a staff member that the room we reserved was available?!?!) Rooms are mediocre. Only one plug in the outlet next to the beds worked. What surprise in the morning to find my phone not charged. The room telephone didn't;t work. I asked three times for it to repair and no one showed up. Find a better place to stay!
