  No heating in the rooms and lobby. We were sitting with coats and sweaters We were shocked and needed to make plan b and move out Never heard of hotel not to have heating We had a horror of a vacation Outside was frizzing cold and inside even more Where were we supposed to warm up Very disappointing If weather predicting cold Do not book this hotel

  The hotel needs full renovation. They charge $30 per day for swimming pool sun beds and towers even if you need it or not. I stay 3 days and they charge me 4 days only 1 day we used sun beds and towers. Not even swimming pool , it’s very small. $120 extra for nothing. They send me to park my car to Charles garage which is very expensive $60 per day (they said to me that it’s $50 but they charge $60 . Probably They cooperate to steal the customers ) The next day I found myself another parking 100 meters further for $1 per hour maximum $8 per day . Unacceptable. Only position is very good

  Das Best Western Plus Atlantic Beach Resort ist ein mittelgroßes Hotel direkt am Strand von Miami Beach an der 4101 Collins Avenue im Mid-Beach-Abschnitt der Stadt. Es ist ein Mehrgeschosshotel mit etwa 186 Zimmern. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Atlantik mit direktem Zugang zum Strand und Blick auf den Ozean. Die Strandliegen mit Schirm sind inklusive. Laut Hotel-Informationsseiten wurde das Gebäude um 1955 gebaut. Der Hotelblock wurde mehrfach renoviert, zuletzt z. B. 2017, um Gästezimmer und Einrichtungen zu modernisieren. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal überholt werden. Obwohl das Gebäude schon älter ist, versucht das Hotel, mit zeitgemäßen Zimmern, Fitnesscenter, Pool und anderen Annehmlichkeiten wettbewerbsfähig zu bleiben. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Der Bau wirkt eher neutral und praktisch, mit mehreren Balkonen, die auf den Ozean ausgerichtet sind, das Gebäude ist sauber gestaltet, mit breiten Fensterfronten und Balkonen bei vielen Zimmern, ideal für die Aussicht auf Strand und Meer. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand mit Meerblick und Zugang zur Promenade/Boardwalk, was ein Pluspunkt ist. Die Lage ist etwas nördlich vom lebhaften South Beach, also ruhiger, aber dennoch gut erreichbar.

  We stayed at Best Western Plus Atlantic Beach Resort for three days and two nights. Overall, the experience was average. The breakfast was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The rooms were small but acceptable. Unfortunately, the balcony felt very outdated and could really use better cleaning and maintenance. The highlight of the stay was definitely the location—right by the beach, which we truly enjoyed, and close to many attractions and activities. Overall, it’s an okay option mainly because of the location, but there’s room for improvement. Three stars.

  This was without a doubt one of the worst stays I’ve had at any hotel to date. This is a non smoking hotel, the guests the floor above us were smoking every 5-10 minutes throughout the night opening and closing the balcony door which sounds like thunder. We called the front desk 4 times through the night - no answer no support. The toilet was leaking at the floor seal everytime it flushed, sewage water, on the floor - the sink faucet was loose to the point of being unusable and the shower head has a constant audible leak. The worst part of it all, I went to the front desk to resolve the issue first thing in the morning and the manager said she didn’t have time for me, to take it up with maintenance, and walked away. I requested a refund and the manager, Yadira Caicedo, told me I was ridiculous and walked away. This is after the maintenance crew confirmed ALL the issues were real including the door opening and closing and we have VIDEO of the people smoking above us. DO NOT BOOK HERE, there is a systemic problem with customer service, management, and maintenance. EDIT: Please note the manager response is incorrect. We called 4 separate times throughout the night to try and resolve the major issues. No answer, no support. It was impossible to sleep, the toilet was leaking sewage when flushed out of the floor seal, rendering the hotel room uninhabitable. You pay to go to a hotel to sleep and use the accomodations in which we could not use either and were offered zero customer support throughout the stay. In the morning we were met with unbelievably rude management and customer service staff. Manager “didn’t have time” for customers as she said. Do not trust Barbara’s response. The hotel could have done something promptly and could have offered a refund. Taking advantage of customers, disgusting attitudes and service, and substandard maintenance - covered by inaccurate responses from the GM. They offered a 25% refund for a hotel that couldn’t be slept in or facilities used due to sanitary concerns. NOT a partial refund. I’m telling you, save yourself the time and money - DO NOT STAY HERE. If Best Western wants to make this right they would offer a refund. The general manager has our information and instead of calling to figure out what happened she posts inaccurate responses on google.
