    I lost my car keys in the hotel room at check out. I tired to call but they just put you on hold long enough to make it seem accidental! I just want to know if anyone turned in my keys. ?I mean simple yes no is fine. But just 150% rude that a prior guest calls about possibly someone turning in a set of keys with a big Jeep keychain on it I mean, I think if I could've asked the question instead of getting hung up on six times and waiting 30 minutes on hold in between I might've gotten my answers. I hate when people just disregard you like you're not as important as someone else to the woman who hung up on me three times after holding 15 minutes each time and then the other woman that did it three times to me also thank you both even when I was there, the front desk people were ignorant go to get complementary coffee in their eyeball and you're like you're stealing ! Typical. I would put a picture up but the big JEEP chrome key chain be a dead give away. Won't be staying there again. This is no 5 star hotel , I would think they could at least humor me and look in their lost and found. Should I fly down and ask did anyone turn keys in ?? Nah. Just paid for new ones. Expensive but worth not having to deal with people who just want your money . And don't care about your stuff or your stay. The owner is so cool , they have their own parking spot complete with night club stands and a sign " do not park here " that's pathetic. Have some one come paint you a spot ! Cheap . Can't even answer customer calls just put you on hold and leave you for 20 min of music then "accidentally hang up"

Infelizmente, a experiência tem ficado muito aquém das expectativas geradas no momento da reserva. Gostaria de pontuar os problemas principais: ​1. Atendimento e Check-in ​No momento da minha chegada, a recepção foi omissa quanto às informações básicas do hotel. Não houve qualquer menção sobre os horários de funcionamento, áreas comuns ou serviços disponíveis para os hóspedes. A sensação foi de falta de hospitalidade e despreparo no atendimento. ​2. Qualidade do Café da Manhã ​O café da manhã tem sido uma decepção diária. Além da baixa variedade de itens, os produtos servidos parecem ser de baixa qualidade e estão mal preparados. É o serviço mais básico que um hotel deve oferecer com excelência, e o que encontrei foi um descaso com a alimentação do cliente. ​3. Infraestrutura do Quarto ​O estado de conservação das instalações é preocupante: ​Ar-condicionado: O aparelho faz um ruído excessivo, o que compromete seriamente a qualidade do sono e o descanso. ​Manutenção: De forma geral, as instalações do quarto parecem datadas e desgastadas, indicando que o ambiente necessita urgentemente de uma reforma para manter um padrão mínimo de conforto. ​Conclusão ​Como cliente, espero que o hotel tome providências imediatas, seja através de uma mudança de quarto para uma unidade em melhores condições ou de uma compensação pelo desconforto causado.     Pésima experiencia, estuve del 10al 15 de diciembre y me pidieron al llegar al hotel un deposita de 250 dólares por habitación con el motivo de que si se llegaba a dañar algo dentro de la habitación durante nuestra estancia , diciendo que al terminar lo iban a reembolsar inmediatamente y hasta la fecha no he recibido el reembolso ya marqué varias veces y ya tengo el número de reporte y no me han solucionado nada los del hotel

    Do NOT stay here. Worst experience we have ever had. Walls appeared to be peeling, rusty, and moldy. Shower curtain wasnt long enough so all the shower water went on the floor. I killed a roach in my room. The T.V. didnt work at all, they sent someone up to "fix it". She tickled the t.v. and left without saying anything so we had No T.V. the entire time. Breakfast was not worth the price either. Lots of cheaper better breakfast in walking distance. We booked our room in advance, they changed our room from king bed to double bed without even asking or telling us. We spent hours calling all sorts of different number to get it fixed and spoke with over 5 people from 3 different numbers just to get it solved. The front desk is understaffed and cant answer the phone most of the time. We were also over charged and all this on my wife and I 1st anniversary. I have many pictures but I will only post a few for now. I am still Hoping Best Western will see this and make it right some how. Other wise I will stay in other hotels that are much better and much cheaper then this location.

    I reserved here for 2 nights, with my girl friend, for a conference in Miami Beach so the location was perfect and its right on the beach but thats where the good stuff ends. I reserved a King suite with a balcony that was supposed to be ocean front and we showed up and without warning we walked into a double bed suite overlooking a roof with no balcony. We went back down and they then told me they overbooked and sold out so we ended up staying in a regular room with a king. They were good enough to charge me the cheaper rate and comped us breakfast but that was it. The shower leaked a ton of water, The pool closes at sundown which was inconvenient for us and I am an early riser but the kuerig in the room wasnt hot and the coffee in the lobby was not available until well after 7 so i had to walk a ways to DD to get my morning coffee. The front desk and concierge desk were often unmanned so trying to address my bill was difficult. I requested a copy of my reduced bill and they could not provide it to me. This is important since i travel a lot for work and often times billing is not accurate. If you are staying for a short time and have low expectations, this is a suitable option.
