    I've checked in just today.. I have recieved the worst service (if any) I have ever encountered in my life !.. 1- No Bellman helped with my luggage. I had alot of bags for me and my family and I had to carry them all by myself and put them on the luggage cart !!.. and when I told the receptionist she replied smiling "No body can help you", obviously I had to push the cart all by my self to the 5th floor. 2- I booked more than a month ago and I have sent the property a message on Booking.com that I would need the beds combined into one. When I came at check in, the receptionist told me that "no one here now to help ! You can do it if you want"...!!!!! 3- Children unfriendly, I have an infant on a stroller and I have to carry her on the stairs everything I want to go out as no entrance for strollers and such. 4- They asked for a security deposit of 250 USD !.. I have just checked out of Sheraton today,and the deposit was not exceeding 150 USD !!!.. that's really strange and not to the point. I am very disappointed at them, I'm thinking of cancelling my stay here tbh.

    The room had amazing views. The wall opened up to the balcony. We had enjoyed our stay until it was time to check out. There was a door that led to the parking garage that we utilized our entire stay. When we checked out, we dropped off the keys at the front desk and proceeded to head to the parking garage through the door only to find out it was locked. Since we had returned the key we were locked out of the building and stuck on the locked patio in the complete dark at 4am. We had called the hotel and explained what happened when the staff said she would send security to “check it out” it took security 10-15 mins to come out and let us back into the building to exit. We ended up missing our flight home. When I called and explained to the staff member she was argumentative and called us liars and said the door was never unlocked even though we have videos of us walking through it. Best western did comp points for the incident but the woman at this location was not pleasant. Other than that, the room was affordable and clean with an amazing view.

    Dear Ms. Romano, Complementing Luciana’s complaint: Thank you for your response. However, we would like to clarify several points, as the information provided does not accurately reflect what occurred during our arrival. At no point was the room supervised or confirmed as “clean” by a floor supervisor. What actually happened was that you requested another staff member to go to the room only to replace the bed linens and the bathroom trash bags. There was no one available at that time to perform the minimum hygiene and cleaning procedures that are standard and expected, especially considering that the room had clearly been occupied by another guest. Additionally, we did not accept any breakfast vouchers. Our check-out was at 5:00 a.m., before breakfast service hours, due to a scheduled early departure. Therefore, this gesture did not provide any benefit to us. We were relieved that our stay lasted only one night. Nevertheless, the situation raises serious concerns regarding housekeeping standards and hygiene supervision at this property. In our view, the hotel should be subject to closer oversight by the appropriate regulatory and inspection authorities responsible for hotel sanitation and hygiene in the United States. Our intention in providing this feedback is not merely to complain, but to ensure that such a situation does not happen to other guests in the future. Additionally, and not less important, the toilet was not working, and despite we complaint with Cláudia (front desk manager) she react with sarcasm, and she didnt sent nobody from maintenance to solve it. So we could not use the toilet. I am the father of Luciana, we were together and I was shocked with Claudia’s bad education, rudeness, sarcasm and lack of atitude to solve the problem they created. It was really a bad experience. I dont recommend this hotel

    I am writing to formally complain about the extremely negative experience we had at the Best Western Plus Atlantic Beach Resort. Upon arriving at the hotel (that we have a reservation), we were informed that our assigned room was occupied by another guest (the hotel’s mistake). This person came down to the front desk and informed us that they had already used the bathroom and the room, which makes the situation even more serious and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the manager, Claudia, treated us in an extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. She stated that we would have to use the dirty room, as there were no housekeeping staff available at that time (around 6:00 p.m.). As an alternative, she told us that we could simply leave and look for another hotel. We have traveled all over the world and have never been treated so poorly. The lack of professionalism, organization, and basic respect for guests is completely unacceptable for a hotel operating under the Best Western brand. This is a very poor hotel, and the management is clearly unprepared to handle even basic hospitality issues. We would never stay there again and do not recommend it to anyone. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that appropriate measures are taken to ensure other guests do not experience the same treatment.

    ⭐️ Avis très négatif – Hôtel à fuir absolument Réservation effectuée en février 2025 pour un séjour fin décembre 2025, soit près de 10 mois à l’avance, via Booking, avec confirmation reçue. Le jour de notre arrivée, après un retard de vol, nous arrivons à l’hôtel vers 22h. Nous étions quatre personnes, dont un enfant de 10 ans. À notre grande surprise, on nous annonce que notre réservation a été annulée et que notre chambre n’est plus disponible. À la réception, l’hôtel rejette immédiatement la responsabilité sur Booking. Après avoir contacté Booking nous-mêmes, la version est totalement différente : ➡️ c’est bien l’hôtel qui a annulé la réservation la veille, sans nous prévenir. ➡️ Booking confirme que l’annulation vient de l’hôtel et évoque très probablement un surbooking. Nous avons tenté de trouver une solution pendant près d’1h30, en discutant avec la réception et en contactant Booking. Pendant ce temps, notre enfant de 10 ans s’est endormi sur un fauteuil dans le hall, épuisé par le voyage. Finalement, vers 23h30, sans aucune solution proposée, le personnel nous a demandé de quitter l’hôtel, nous laissant littéralement à la rue avec un enfant, en pleine nuit, sans aucune aide pour trouver un autre établissement. Aucune assistance, aucune empathie, aucun professionnalisme. Difficile de ne pas penser que, vu le prix avantageux obtenu en réservant très longtemps à l’avance, l’hôtel a préféré annuler notre réservation afin de relouer la chambre plus cher à la dernière minute. 👉 Hôtel totalement non fiable 👉 Réservations annulées sans prévenir 👉 Famille laissée dehors après 23h30 👉 Aucune aide ni considération, même avec un enfant 👉 Manque total de professionnalisme À fuir absolument. Une réservation confirmée ne garantit absolument rien dans cet établissement. Ne réservez surtout pas à l’avance, au risque de vous retrouver sans logement le jour même, même en famille.
