  The front desk was super nice and welcoming even though she seemed very busy. She printed out our info and explained everything well. There was a weird muggy smell, mostly in our room, but everything seemed average. The AC seemed like it was the thing blowing in the gross smell though and seemed in rough shape of trying to keep the room cool.

  Their prices double if not triple on the weekends. Breakfast was hit and miss. The bar food was delicious. But when a guest needs 30 more minutes to check out then you give that guest that time no questions asked. I'll never be back there again. Especially when no one touched my room for those 30 mins.

  The service at the front desk was amazing & super accommodating but the rooms were gross — moldy, rusty, musky, the carpets were all damp. Our first mattress was wet and had towels covered in what appeared to be dog pee. Hands down the worst hotel we have been too. We left and went somewhere else after switching rooms three times

  This hotel did NOT meet our expectations as comfortable overnight accommodations on our way to somewhere else. We were simply hoping for a comfortable and clean place to sleep but this was not that. The entire floor we were sleeping on was under construction, but this was never told to us. We found out when the elevator door opened and saw all the plastic sheeting. Beware of this if you are thinking of booking here. The walls to the outside have holes at the bottom so you can hear everything the people in the other rooms are doing, including toilet flushing. First, there was rust (I think) all over the ground, The curtains, and all fixtures (see photos). I believe the rust was also all over the walls but at least was recently painted over. The light fixture in the bathroom was constantly blinking. It appeared that the hotel is aware of the blinking because the cover was off of the lights but the problem was not fixed. On the other hand, the bed appeared clean and was comfortable. The refrigerator did not work and would not cool down. We let the front desk know so they sent an “engineer” up to check it. When we came back, the refrigerator worked minimally, with a small amount of cooling. Overall it was disappointing and very uncomfortable to say the least.

  We stayed at this hotel as part of a team booking through a baseball tournament, and unfortunately it has been one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had in over a decade. The property is in very poor condition overall, with clear signs of lack of maintenance in both the rooms and common areas. Our suite was not clean upon arrival — the carpets were dirty and felt greasy, and housekeeping had not even removed the garbage from the previous stay. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud, with a visibly dirty filter and damaged vent cover, which made it uncomfortable to use. These are basic standards that should be maintained in any hotel, especially one hosting group bookings. We chose this hotel only because it was listed through the tournament and our team stayed together, but based on this experience, we would not return and would not recommend it to others. Very disappointing stay.
