Fleas and bugs in the room. Others in our group had the same issues. Rooms smell. Do not recommend.

Stay somewhere else. We stayed here on a Saturday night and it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff is unresponsive to guest requests (we requested extra towels, and maintenance to service the toilet that wouldn't fill with water and neither were fulfilled). The hallways smelled of pot smoke. The lobby doesn't have basic amenities for this price point we paid. Finally, the restaurant's breakfast is a crime...for example, my order for milk was delivered in the tiny carafe that they put coffee creamer in. My son's fruit bowl had moldy fruit and one piece of bacon.
The Hilton was priced cheaper. Go there instead.

Rachel was our hero! We checked in very late and in the morning we discovered our a/c was not functioning well and it had drained water all over our carpet. I went to the front desk to ask for help and Rachel not only offered us a different room, she gave me the choice of 2 different rooms! If we were back home in the Quad Cities, I would hire Rachel at my senior living !!

High humidity in the rooms and they look pretty old, the ceiling looks dirty. A/C unit was loud and not balanced at all.
Front desk people were very good.
The conference room we used:
-AV equipment was poor quality
-A/C was out of control, thermostats not working, just too cold maintaining 65F.

It's not really near anything, but I wasn't necessarily looking for an amazing location. This was more of just a stop along the way. The rooms were clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. The bathroom needs some updating. The water pressure would've been decent if you could properly get the water to flow fully from the faucet to the shower head. The toilet was so low I would've been better off emptying into a hole in the ground like they do in other countries. Every flush was major excitement watching the water basically fill to the brim then drain back down. I wouldn't necessarily stay here again. The Dove amenities are an excellent touch at least.
