  Edit to my original review: My husband met with management this morning to discuss our concerns with our visit. The manager was VERY thoughtful and went above and beyond to compensate us for our difficulties. We weren't expecting any kind of compensation, but wanted management to be aware of the issues so they could be corrected for the next person who would occupy the room. We WILL return next year and will look forward to seeing the upcoming improvements to the property! My husband and I look forward to our annual week long stay here. For the last 4 years we've been so happy with our accommodations and service! This year, for whatever reasons our stay has been less than great. A LOT less than great. We always get an oceanside with balcony room. We've always stayed in the South tower and had a clean room with a gorgeous view. This year we were placed in the main hotel with a perfect view of the top of the restaurant roof and all the noise that comes with the restaurant. The main hallway is musty. The room is musty. There is mold. The bottom of the armoire where the fridge is located is buckled. There is a piece of plywood in there and that's warped too. The fridge is slanted downward. We asked to have our room cleaned once...the bed was made without the sheets being changed. All the towels were taken without new ones put in place. The sink has been slow draining since we got here....we've told the front desk and were brushed off. Also noted poolside chairs with mold/algae and rips. Not sure what happened in the past year around here. Extremely disappointed on many levels...especially for the price paid. There are lots of other oceanfront hotels. I believe we will select a new location next year.

  I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for a few days for an event and wanted to share the exceptional service I received from Luis, Wilber, Dennis, Clara, and Giovani. They were incredibly quick, attentive, and kind. The food was delicious and well-prepared. Thanks for all your hard work!

  Wir waren 02/2026 dort. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend groß für 3P, wurden auch kürzlich renoviert, aber am allgemeinen Zustand (Tür, Bad, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage) merkt man von das es etwas älter ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, es kommen auch nicht-Hotelgäste dorthin. Getränke kann man bestellen und werden gebracht, was leider zu lange dauert. Mittags gibt es sehr gute Livemusik auf der Terrasse. Der Pool mit kostenlosen Liegen lag im Februar leider im Schatten. Liegen und Sonnenschirme kann man am Strand teuer mieten.

  Excellent place to stay! It's not the newest building ever and some of the rooms reflect that fact, but all in all this is a terrific beach side hotel with a great restaurant. Evenings are very lively with live music, etc. Oceanfront balcony room is a must IMO! If you're there when SpaceX is launching from Cape Canaveral, you'll get the view of a lifetime! Highly recommend!

  Stayed for 4 nights from 13 Feb. The room was ok but seen better days table on balcony was broken, lamp & table was rusty. Door to balcony hinges & locks rusted & replaced with a hook to lock the door. Had Friday night steak special had to ask for the salads as they forgot to bring them. On 14th went out at 10 came back at 3.45 room not cleaned rung reception they said someone will be up went out for another hour was going in pool NO POOL towels this was a daily occurrence. Room still not cleaned at 5 eventually it was done at 5.20 this again was a daily occurrence. No longer do self park as advertised all valet & the guys at valet very good. Buffet breakfast good & location.
