  A huge thank you to the night shift for such a warm welcome last night! We checked in well past midnight after a long day of travel, and despite the late hour, the service was impeccable. Both the valet and the front desk representative were incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. It’s the little things—like a friendly smile and a seamless check-in process—that make a stay memorable, and they made our late arrival feel completely stress-free. It’s rare to find such high energy and hospitality at that time of night. We will definitely be staying here again! The only thing I will complain is the water pressure is low. 😅

  I stayed in this hotel from April 9-10. We checked in about 7pm. The first room they gave us there was water leaking from the ceiling and on the floor. The second room they gave us the paint was peeling from the ceiling. The third room they gave us was better. EndState we had to move twice. All we got was a complementary breakfast for two. Granted the guests services reps helped us out. They wouldn’t know the conditions of the room unless maintenance or the house keepers told them. I just think this is unacceptable as whole being that this was my honeymoon.

  First, let’s start by saying our room was flooding. We walked in and the room was also pretty junky. For $400 a night it was not worth it. We went down to tell them that it was flooding and they said it was not that big of a deal because we could just clean it up with towels. We knew this already but the thing that was annoying was that the room look nothing like the pictures. It was flooding with water on the floor and the room looked so much bigger in the pictures. The bathtub was breaking, and the bathroom was not renovated. We booked a oceanview balcony for $400 a night. Luckily they were really nice and let us leave the hotel. Wont return.

  ***UPDATE***. Management moved us on the last night and put our original room “out of order”.. One of the bed frames were broken on the other, the mattress was broken. The bathtub was missing one shower nozzle and wouldn’t turn off in addition to all the other problems…. We literally moved into the room next-door and the beds were night and day difference! The staff - specifically Julia in housekeeping, Nick at the beach for the umbrellas and chairs, Mr. Russell, the engineer that helped fix our door keys and look at our room and Jeannette at the front desk for her understanding and kindness! Broken beds, thermostat won’t regulate, ADDITIONAL CHARGE for breakfast and parking!!! No hot tub, pool is small and crowded, wedding DIRECTLY in front of beach access.. ONE food option on site…. Save your money go a mile up the road to the Hilton!!!

  Stayed there about two weeks ago. Check-in was an hour late- 5:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m. (No offer of any kind of compensation for the inconvenience) Our room with balcony was directly above where the band played very loudly into the night for the first two days we were there; we were not told that would be the case until we checked in. Housekeeping did not even come the first day, so we had to ask (twice) for towels. When they came the rest of the days, they didn't give us toilet paper one day, and didn't fill our shower gel another day, so we ran out of both and had to ask (again, twice) for them (didn't receive the toilet paper the first time, just two boxes of tissues). Hallways were dingy and dirty, there was a clump of hair hanging from a screw on a plaque by the elevator from the second day we were there until the day we left and was not removed. The valets lost our car - it was not parked in the lot where they told us it was. They kept telling us not to worry, they would find it; we found it ourselves across the street by the hotel parked in the fire lane. Beach chairs were listed on the website as one of the amenities, but when you get to the beach, there is a charge for them. For the price we paid to stay there, we were very disappointed.
