I attempted to make reservations for a family member coming out of town for the weekend & was told first after being put on hold they were out of rooms however called back & was then told that the vouchers could not be used until March, there are no stipulations on them & no black out dates. Very unaccommodating. Will not recommended to any out of town OR in town guests for that matter.
