- TITaygun IngramDec 28, 20251.0Hotel was new and clean the breakfast sucked I travel for work frequently and stay at many holiday inns and spend a lot of money with IHG and this had to be the absolute worst service I’ve had at an IHG hotel for one there is no mobile check out at a brand new hotel and when I checked out they didn’t inform me of an additional charge for a dog because they heard a dog in the room which is my service animal so I had to call and complain to get my money back for a charge that should have never happened and when I called about the charge they were very rude about it although I did get my refund back I will be reaching out to corporate and making a formal complaint I recommend total retraining for this staff
