They both stayed committed to prompt and kind service, despite an unruly man yelling at them about a third party error. They were efficient and helpful in checking in so many guests at once. Breakfast was great to boot. We will definitely be back

- NCNaomi CroomDec 20, 20252.0We came to Live Oaks for a surprise reunion with old friends. We had 2 rooms at the hotel. In 1 room we had a roach in the bathroom. Reported it to staff at the front desk and they informed us they would provide compensation however we received nothing even after repeat calls to the hotel management who didn’t return our call. Our travel agent then researched out on our behalf and they offered some points if we were IHG members of which we aren’t. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry for years and this hotel was unsatisfactory. I would advise ones not to stay there but drive the extra distance to another location if you need to visit Live Oaks.

I had to use the flashlight on my phone half the time to see but the bathroom was bright. The shower needs some serious upgrading. It did have a comfortable bed which was a plus
- BRBri RobDec 10, 20251.0Not truck driver friendly, the young desk lady told us at check in my partner was fine to park there, he got woken up and told to move by some really rude guy, Who "calls the shots" and said "if you don't move I'll make you move" As a trucker you know the 10hr break is not something to play with. police got called, and my partner had to move. My Room had baby ROACHES. shower pressure sucks. 0/10 don't stay here.
