  I stay here once a month and have always had good service, room is clean and the breakfast lady is fantastic

  Stayed here to head to Daytona for the race, my buddy booked the room. The entrance to the motel you will miss if you don't pay attention, it's dim lit and small, The service was very nice and the continental breakfast was your typical fare, the room was clean, the shower had issues with the faucet when you turn it on to a shower head, it was shot! Leaking and spraying in the tub which created a bath for my feet not to mention took like 20 minutes for the water to get hot. The room had a king bed and a pull out with no extra sheets and felt like sleeping on springs. I suggest both items get replaced to better suite your guests.

  The room itself was just OK. It did not feel truly clean and had visible maintenance issues. I am attaching photos showing a damaged bathroom fixture. The bathroom light was unstable and flickered, the hot water would go in and out unexpectedly, and my room key stopped working several times during the stay. The main issue, however, was the front desk experience with Dennis. When I arrived around 7:00–7:20 p.m., Dennis told me I needed to provide a credit card to guarantee the reservation, even though it had been booked through my company. I did not have a credit card with me. Instead of offering solutions, Dennis was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy. He repeatedly stated that without a credit card the reservation would not be honored. At one point, he laughed during the conversation, which felt extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable, as if mocking my accent. I contacted my manager so he could provide his credit card. Dennis initially refused to speak on the phone and offered no alternatives. After my manager insisted multiple times, Dennis finally agreed to send a credit card authorization form. This entire process took nearly an hour at the front desk. At no point did Dennis demonstrate professionalism or a customer-service mindset. His only suggestion was essentially for me to leave and drive three hours back home at night, which is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this hotel.

  Great in within the front yard is a strange little restaurant called ram shackles and the food there is fabulous and the servers are wonderful and it’s extremely reasonable in price.

  This is an older hotel so our expectations were not high. Entrance to the parking lot is difficult to navigate. The front entrance lobby is a little dark giving you a dark Vegas vibe with shady deals happening. Dark walls and dark desk counter. Neon lighting. Check in was quick and easy. Friendly, helpful staff. Elevator is old but works. We could tell it was family friendly with the tiny kid size furniture in the common area of the lobby. Our first room seemed fine. Double Queen bed room. Average space. Plenty of outlets and lots of lamp light options. The shower on the other hand did not produce hot water and only did a trickle. Noticed the front desk and we were moved to a new room. Friend desk person checked the hot water first in the new room before moving us over. Brought the key to our room!!! The bathrooms had plenty of towels. Great little extras of toiletries. The hotel is an hour to Disney parks. Great rate. Plenty of delicious food and drinks for breakfast. Many restaurant options near by.
