  My wife and I booked 2 rooms for us and our friends for his birthday golf trip. The booking was simple with my IHG membership app, the rooms were clean, the jetted tub was spacious, and the staff was amazing. My friend left his prescription shampoo at the hotel after we checked out and we live 2 hours away. They immediately called and texted me ( I was driving) and when I could talk, they took my address and promptly mailed it to me. We had a wonderful time and they gave us a great experience.

  Holiday Inn saved our holiday plans! After driving for over 6 hours and being mucked around by Vrbo with our rental, we were in desperate need of a place to stay. We needed a place close to our family that was pet friendly and that’s exactly what we got. Within minutes we had a room booked and were checking in. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, the room was extremely comfortable (amazing beds), the breakfast was wonderful and they were so accommodating with our dog (gave us a room close to the side exit to make it easier to take her outside). Our experience was so enjoyable, I was sad to check out when our other rental was available. 😃 Thank you Holiday Inn … I cannot wait to stay here again! 🤩

  I'm adding to this review to emphasize that you should seriously consider replacing your breakfast lady, Theresa, as the breakfast area is the face of any hotel, and she makes me afraid of visiting the area to have a safe breakfast as she orders me to get out of her way as she does her routine refills and maintenance of the area. We are at this location on a one week stay because we wanted to visit a different part of Tampa, but this particular location is nothing like other IHG hotels we stayed at in the past. The toilet wasn't completely cleaned on check in and we won't ruin your day with a picture of it. The housekeeping staff and breakfast staff are all acting grumpy like all the guests owe them. This excludes the staff at front desk as they are really nice. We gather this is due to IHG's poor treatment of this hotel's staff. As a long time guest of IHG, we call upon you to have a hard look at this location, and don't take it for granted that you are the only hotel franchise in the area and be aware that there's still other competitions locally. To all who are looking to visit this area, we urge you to stay somewhere else if you don't want to see a grumpy face every morning. To all the service staff at this location, be an actual service person if you work in the service industry, otherwise work in another field that's more suitable for you.

  Johnathan was excellent at check in, very personable and friendly!! Got us extra towels when we needed! Breakfast was amazing, something for every one of our picky family members!! Room was clean and well maintained. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!! Too cold to use the outdoor pool but love that it’s a mineral pool! Eileen made check out quick and easy! She too, was very helpful!! We will be staying here again every-time we come to visit family!!

  Check-In was easy and efficient. We were welcomed with as membership status. We were not satisfied with the first room we got an had an issue with the AC in the second room. But Jonathan at the front desk was great. He really went above and beyond to accommodate our room requests and ended up assigning us a room that was perfect for us. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff at the breakfast service were attentive, everything was well prepared and refilled. We will return to this hotel if we will visit the area again
