  My daughter stayed here alone for 6 weeks when her father was very ill in the hospital. She spent the holidays alone and it was very comforting knowing how kind the staff were, they really showed her such kindness and really made a difference during such a difficult time. I personally want to thank Helene, Maggie, Daniella for being so kind to my daughter. My daughter says she felt very safe during her stay, the room was very clean, and everyone was so accommodating. She came home with very fond memories of her stay as the staff really showed her such humanity when she needed it the most. Thank you!!

  I went for 1 night to attend the pier 60 sand festival. My overall review of the hotel is that the location is great because it’s close to the beach but not so close to the crazy traffic. The service is fantastic with nice people ready to help you with any needs. The rooms are decent for the price, there are a few things that can be better but it’s still good for a hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you’re going to Clearwater beach but don’t want to pay the crazy prices or be stuck in traffic.

  We just did a quick overnight stay after a day at the beach. Room was nice and just what we needed. Breakfast was good! There was an issue with the pancake machine and Shay was very helpful, nice and attentive! Five stars to Shay! :)

  It is all about the PEOPLE - TEAM & LEADERSHIP that are very welcoming and do a great overall job. Every single member of the team from GM General Manager, Reception, Housecleaning and Breakfast staff are very warm and courteous. The hotel is a bit dated and soon to undergo a renovation, but the team makes up for that and makes for a great stay.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, but the highlight of my experience was definitely the breakfast. Every morning felt like a treat thanks to Shey, the cook who clearly puts care and passion into every dish she prepares. Shey goes above and beyond to make sure guests start their day right. The food was always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—from the fluffy eggs to the crispy bacon and delicious breakfast specials. You can tell she takes pride in her work, and it really shows in the quality and presentation of the meals. What made it even more special was Shey’s warm and welcoming attitude. She greets guests with a smile and creates such a friendly, positive atmosphere in the breakfast area. It’s rare to find someone who not only cooks great food but also genuinely cares about the guests’ experience. If you’re staying here, don’t skip breakfast—you’ll be missing out on one of the best parts of the hotel. Huge thanks to Shay for making mornings something to look forward to!
